I recommend:
Hammer Gel- instant boost of energy. (Before motos or in between test sections)
EnduroLytes- all the electrolytes from a sports drink without the sugar
Recovery powder
And Tissue Rejuvenator - works wonders for my blown out knee
@ The guys who recommended the Hammer products.....I'm going to be doing some reading up on that stuff this evening when I get home. Pretty sure I will give it a try.
Don't tell the kids...thay don't need to know our secret training methods!

I like the mountain berry (?) flavor and the grape gel. Stay away from orange and coffee imo
OH! (forgot)......crush into powder...mix with water.....enjoy! energy AND focus!
I can't drink that poisonous stuff like Monster , Redbull , ect.....it makes me feel all tweaked out and gives me " nervous energy " ( if you know what I mean?) I know this may sound dumb......but the energy I get from beer is something I'm looking for....without the side affects of alcohol. The energy I get from the beer are the carbs. But yeah....I know it's not a good thing to drink before and during riding.
Like I was saying before......there really isn't to many guys my age that burn through energy the way i do. I'm not kidding on this. I have days where my energy levels are through the roof and would put an 18yr old to shame. My issue is when I'm pushing myself " sometimes" I fall flat on my face in the middle and that mostly happens when I'm doing moto.
If I can find something that will help me sustain energy and let me go as hard as I want at 15-20mins at a time , multiple times a day.....that is what I'm looking for. Fitness?.....I've got that part down with some fine ( although I'm always fine tuning ).....it's that my body is running out of fuel.
Pit Row
How do I know all this is because I own the Co and developed the product with their trainers
You can find it on amazon for a fairly decent price.
