Not to start any conspiracy theories and I'm not a Stewart fan but this entire ordeal almost seems like a "Japanese Inspection".

Did you ever think of the possibility that a sentence was already handed down, and the Stewart camp has been in an appeals process during this time? Just a thought.

I think you're right, and this is a way to build the excitement and hype. Why do you think James has been practicing so much, and has had vids of his riding still on his website, on Facebook & Instagram? My thinking is that right before the Anaheim opener...we'll get the press release that Stewart has been given the go ahead on racing the series.

What I do not understand about JS7 and this suspension or lack of info. In stick and ball sports the suspension is anywhere from 50 games to maybe 6 games in the season. So going by that 4 races seems about right for JS7 ?? But as in stick and ball sports the player can appeal. So I guess once the suspension is handed down then the appeal process can start right ? I can understand Stewart not saying anything but really why have we not heard from the AMA or anybody on this matter ?

oh boy... dude get's caught breaking the rules, is paying the price for it, and the OP thinks they should bend the rules for him to race and he'll buy a ticket to a race?

do i have that right?

i'd like James to be able to race as much as anyone, but he made the bed and he'll have to sleep in it.

please make the stupid stop

He didn't say anything about bending the rules.
He is upset about how long it has taken to announce the penalty and the amount of money the riders win.

8 months does seem ridiculous. The penalty choices are warning, fine or suspension, it will be interesting to see what they choose.

For all those "He broke the rules and should get punished" people. I'd like to see your response if you get a ticket EVERY time you go 1 mph over the speed limit or Jaywalk on some back street that nobody is driving on because that is about the severity of the rule he "broke". I guaranty those of you who want him suspended are fanboys of a rider that you are afraid of JS taking a trophy away from. Adderall............give me a freaking break. Oh no.....he didn't fill out a paper......Oh no..........kick him out of the sport. Seriously.

So to all of the riders that did fill out their papers and follow the rules (which they all knew), you would say that's nice. But we were kidding.

And there's a lot of riders to be fearful of winning the championship.

i just think TELLING people that you aren't going to a supercross race because (enter rider name here) isn't racing is like telling your friends you do crossfit... nobody gives a shit and they can't wait for you to stop talking about it.

If you get a ticket for going 1 mph over the speed limit or a ticket for Jaywalking what do you do?

YOU pay it the ticket or go to court and dispute it. If you get caught you still have to deal with it. I have yet to find a magical bean that makes it go away.

This whole fiasco is motivation for all the other riders to be sure they are in compliance with the rules and I am positive the other riders are noticing the cluster that this has become and will be sure to steer clear of it.

And that's what the teams wanted, a level playing field.

Since we doing what if`s....

appeal, that the Rider or other Person did not commit an anti-doping
rule violation, the decision may be disclosed publicly only with the
consent of the Rider or other Person who is the subject of the decision.
FIM or its FMN shall use reasonable efforts to obtain such consent,
and if consent is obtained, shall publicly disclose the decision in its
entirety or in such redacted form as the Rider or other Person may
approve.
14.4.3 Neither the FIM nor its CONUs or FMNs, nor the WADA

In regards to HDAD. I would guess 9 out of 10 professional motocrossers suffer from this "disorder" at some level. They are still able to function in life. So really, if you have been able to function in day to day life, but still suffer from some of the symptoms regarding concentration and focus, are you a candidate for a doctor prescribing Adderall?

It is just another loophole to be able to "legally cheat" if you ask me. Just like the rehydrating intravenously between motos , and then with "doctor's" approval be cleared to ride the 2nd moto. Total bullshit. That rule/clause needs to go away for 2015. Can you blame riders for using the "grayer areas" of the rules to gain an advantage though?

This is my Peelout. There are many like him, but this Peelout is mine.
My Peelout is my best friend. It is my life. I must master it as I must master my life.
My Peelout, without me, is useless. Without my Peelout, I am useless. I must fire my Peelout true. I must shoot straighter than my enemy who is trying to kill me. I must shoot him before he shoots me. I will...

I will use my Peelout.

Just remember, next time it could be Canard for an over the counter cold medication, or Dungey because he got bronchitis and his inhaler wasn't OK'd for a TUE, or someone smokes a little weed and guess what? We all get to do this over again because a failed drug test is a failed drug test...
