Dungey rode awesome today at Unadilla. True performance of a champion. Lined up right next to Roczen and got it done with the better starts and better overall pace, lack of mistakes.

Only 7 points down now. Who thinks he can pull it off over Roczen now?

I think he has a great chance to win the championship, I'm just glad we have a close points race in one of the classes. Smile

Congrats to him on the overall today!

Four more motos... It'll be really interesting to see if Ken can rebound, and Ryan is peaking at the most critical point of the season. Plus Eli and Trey are really throwing a wrench in Ken's championship hopes, he can't ride conservatively when those two are finishing in the mix. The next two rounds could turn out to be VERY exciting.

Today was absolutely the make or break race for him. Agreed 100% with what you're saying although he hung out up front a lot longer than the last race but I'd be very surprised to see him improve next week. . .

When KROC could not pass RD at the beginning of each moto - I knew he would not get him after the 15 min mark. KROC looked look tired after the first moto too. I think RD5 will get him at the end.

Just hoping it goes down to the last moto and we see some great racing.

It's gonna be a long, hot series. Kenny's kryptonite has been...and looks like it might still be, the heat especially in the final third of a moto. I don't think that will change drastically after a year training with Aldon. Dungey has been up and down this road before and experience may be his biggest weapon against the youngster.

I too see RD5 winning this thing in the end. I don't see him dominating against such great competition, but I believe in the end he'll have the points.

dunge has the momentum, that look on KRs face was not one of confidence... More like despair.

Lets look at the last 4 races / 8 motos. Over those 8 motos, here are the point totals:
KR - 167
RD - 186
ET - 172

Statistically speaking...it looks like RD will take the title by 2 or 3 points if things keep going this way.

That's a cool pic! This has been an amazing series. Just when it looked like Kroc was going to run away with it, RD goes and totally redeems himself.

The last moto at Utah ought to be something else. Barring disaster this series goes down to the wire. I hope RD pulls it off.

KR94 does... and that's what matters.

It might be a self-fulfilling prophecy.
