I am also running the 994 and am pretty happy with them. Also want to try the 996,998,921, or even the mc bend with a riser like I Seely was running. Thanks for heads up, bike is unreal man!

Than you very much. I did steal my Ohlins and KTM Xtrig clamps and the wheels that I just built. I ordered a new 300 kit and I absolutely love the Bill's Pipe and silencer so I got that as well. I put on a brand updated Vforce,38mm carb from 150SX, Raptor foot pegs, KTM powerparts skid plate, and orange chain guide and cpl of other things.
Does it feel any different than the old one at all? Heck you didn't even get the clamp offset change because you grabbed the clamps, forks, wheels (different size axle so you had to grab it all) so I don't know if any parts are different at all from your old 250SX?

And tell us about the Bill's pipe would ya?

Yes I'm the using 15 linkage because the Ohlins shock is the same length as the 15 WP shock. That works out good for me.

Hey Digger29, I was looking at picking up a 2012 sx250 with 50 hrs on it and wanted to know what differences you like better between your 12 and 15 or is worth just buying a 15?

I had a 13 250SX which really isn't all that much different than the 12 or the 14 for that fact. The 12's had a longer shock so the bike sat a little higher in the rear and the plastic was a little different. I raced my 15 for the first time today and it is was pretty Fn good out there. It corners really really well and definitely seemed to be more stable in rough stuff so I would say if money wasn't an issue I'd definitely go for the 15. The look seriously bad ass right out of the crate but you can't go wrong with the 12 either. Powder coat the frame and throw on the newer plastic on it and no one will know.

So my Rg3 suspension off my 12 450 sxf. Fe would fit just fine then and thank you for the info

I also for some reason massive arm pump yesterday. I never get arm pump so that was a new one for me. All in all it was a very fun day. The track was rough, VERY rough.

I just think its cool to see smell and hear a good amount of two strokes racing. I think there was a great first place battle in 250B (or as we used to say 250 amateur) between 2 Ktm 250 2 strokes.

That said of all the bikes there yours really caught my eye. Great job.

The two kids battling in the 250B were buddy's of mine. The kid who won was a on a brand new 15 250SX that he just picked up a few days before the race and the other kid is a friend of mine's son who hasn't raced at all in over 4yrs and they just bought that 13 250SX from me and I built it for him about a wk and half ago. Those 2 were really flying out there and they were both like a half lap in front of the 3rd place kid. Local Pro's Jimmy Decotis and Chris Canning were also hauling the mail in the Pro classes huh?

Yeah they put on a show. Too bad canning got a flat in Moto 2 and too bad they didn't also race the 450 class. Borello had some fast laps in front of decotis for a few minutes. Lorusso looked so smooth on the 450 win. Try to ride over the line fromRi to CV once a year to see old friend Dave #90 run the senior class. The first year he won sr class it was a 25+ class. Doesn't seem so senior now lol.

nihilo just came out with a ano'd alum ignition cover if your plastic one scratches up like mine. i just wish they didnt do all that laser engraving on it.
