Squeezing the tank with your knees is a great control piece of advice. When I'm doing that I feel much faster on all of the track.
Bigger jumps I relax my hands and take deep breaths. Also in brake bumps the front end is always coming at you, so I will relax my hands and keep pressure on the bars. All three of those help me with arm pump.

Also when someone taught me this stuff it helped so much.
1). Get forward in turns.
2). Put your butt crack on the outside corner of the seat & weight the outside peg.
3). Use your lower body not your upper body to hold on.
4). Ryno tried to get me to unlock my hips once, and I almost slapped him!

Drink a lot of water...all the time. Arm pump comes on much quicker when you're dehydrated
Don't grip the bars, hold them.
