Just saw the awesome bike of the day and really liked the scissor lift. Is anyone using a scissor lift who can provide some feedback? Brand, price, durability, etc? I see pit posse has one for sale here: http://pitposse.com/poscli.html They look really practical, just want to see what folks are using

Ok guys, my dad just picked up a 2011 CRF 450 R and it came with the stock 0.46 and 0.48 fork springs and has been revalved by Factory Connection. He's 240lbs and I knew he would need some stiffer front springs so I called up FC to see what they recommend. FC said that the 0.48's are good for...

Unfinished_Projects Started a new thread 2013 KTM 250 SX Brake Issues

5/15/2014 5:45pm
So I just took the bike for a quick ride on this little turn track near the house. About five minutes in the rear brake completely went away; no pedal. Didn't see any fluid leaking or anything damaged, but I still wanted to ride so I said I would figure it out when I got home. Couple minutes later the...

Hey, just wanted to give you an update. I definitely think the fluid was a little high, may have been the problem. I was using Motorex 5.1 and stuck with the same stuff, just fresh fluid. Greased up the pin on the caliper and checked the pistons and, from what I can tell, they looked good. One question, as you...

Unfinished_Projects Added a reply to Malcolm Stewart Looking Fast

Notice how much he doesn't use the clutch? Hardly ever he has his finger on it. I know its up for debate, as many fast riders are similar to how Malcolm is riding (his brother James for one) but then guys like Villopoto always have their finger on the clutch and look to be using it quite often. Any thoughts?
I really appreciate it guys so thank you as well. It's definitely a tough gig, especially on the family, but I think it will be worth it in the end. It's been about 12 or 13 years since I rode last, so I have a long way to go, but already been having a blast getting back out on the...
A new 50 I surprised my son with when I returned from Afghanistan and... A 13' 250 SX my wife had surprised me with. All in all, two really cool surprises for the family This is how the 250 looks now... And an action shot from a recent day out on the track. Gotta give credit to...

Unfinished_Projects Added a reply to MxKing's KTM Build FINISHED

Digger, So you are running a 14/50 on your 300 and you ran a 14/48 on it when it was still a 250. Did you ever try any other 14T combos when your bike was still a 250? I have a 14/51 combo right now, but don't really like it. Thinking a 14/50 is a step in the right direction...

Shane, awesome build, very clean looking. Digger, when you went to a 14 tooth front sprocket, did you have any clearance issues? I know sometimes things can get tight around the case when using bigger front sprockets.
