The highly sought after "#817 Motor Cross Dream/Kawasaki KX250"

So powerful it blew out the gaskets! Grab this one while it is hot, don't get one of the ones that they de-tuned in the later years. Both Fro and RC asked them to tone it down the following years.

I am going to offer $500 but only if they throw in the hammer as it is obviously the only tool they have used to maintain it.

All it needs are gaskets and barings!!!!!

3rd gear wont stay on the ground!!!!!!!

Must be 5'10'' to ride it!!!!

But best of all, the previous owner was a "motor cross" nut. It cracks me up when people say "motor cross" lol

I swear if I had some spare cash around I would go buy it because I feel it should be saved from the cruel fate that the world has made it endure.

You know those commercials that have Sarah McLaughlin singing when they show you the abused dogs? Craigslist ads like this get me more than those dam commercials.

They hadn't started "de-tuning" the CR's yet...

That would be a classic video, if someone put all these Craigslist roaches to that save a dog or cat commercial music.

when he said ''its now your last chance to buy it before I rebuild it'' almost sounds like emotional blackmail. If you don't buy it I will ruin it even more or burn it maybe destroy it further with my mechanical imcompetance. in the uk we have chavs. these are what you probably call rednecks in the us. the sort of heap advertised would usually come up for sale or ''swapz'' usually for a ps3 or a pitbike, maybe a sovereign ring.

Back then, the "cheap" way to do it was to have the local machine shop put a sleeve it...then you could bore it... Lot sof 265's around. Especially with the kx's of the time and their lousy cylinders.

You KNOW this is hwo this bike was dealt with since he was saving his money for "Barings"

It's a chick selling it. Alicia. At least she is honest about the facts, "Truly a sick bike", and "This is not a stock 250"

He says the suspension is a 10 "for its time". If a woman born in 1914 was a 10 back in her day, doesn't mean I want to ride her.
