That sucks for hill he was riding his best ride of the yr at houston until the start crash, and his interviews were really good I thought, he did thank hanson but RC likes hanny or atleast he used to say good things about him. I think hill is a better choice than weston and ivan, more capable i think. I like ivan but hes been around awhile I dont see him cracking into the top 5 maybe top 10 on a good day.

WTF does that have to with this topic? If he goes to RCH he will be in Fox/Shift who sponsor the team.

The Peick move is a good one, long overdue. He was behind Tickle in points but has been more of a fixture up front, multiple top 5s. Amazing rides, what the teams look for.

There has to be more to the Hill story than meets the eye. Wish he had been able to pull it together more because he is great when he's on.

Ivan will probably do OK, on 450s he has actually been outdoors.

KR94 and WP40 RCH 2015. Total guess but Peick is a better choice for a team mate than 20 or 75, he's delivering as much or more than the two current riders on production parts.

Look closely at Stewarts RMZ, most of the parts on that bike are handmade, even the friggin kickstarter is factory. I'm not sure if the RCH Suzukis are as exotic as James' bike, but they are a lot better than the production based machine Peick is riding.
Pieck has actually got a ton of help from the factory Suzuki team. I know his suspension is not something one of us here can buy.

I also think there must be something we don't know. His results were OK and improving so it must be something else.

BT- out until unknown
JH- walking papers after Houston but was contracted for outdoors and RCH will pay him out on that.
WP- fill in for BT starting outdoors
IT- fill in as test rider for outdoors until they can sign a orange bike rider in 2015.
My opinion RCH lost a good marketable rider like Hill that with a start and better training he could easily be top 3 every weekend. A kid like Hill can top 10 with out stepping into a gym and rides on pure talent and can beat WP hands down even if WP was on a RCH bike. There's a reason nobody has signed WP and we will see how it works out with RCH. IT is a perfect test rider for a rider for RCH, that's why KTM hired him to get Millsaps dialed in when he jumped on that bike. Seems like RCH has new management which will go in the direction of a full factory team which when they came into the sport as a team they didn't want that look about them but now its looking like they want that to get more support and riders they think can win them a plate.

Why not testing his speed ? If he has the speed of top 5 top 10 guys, that is still faster than IT9.

How do you know Peick "has actually got a ton of help from Factory Suzuki?" Sure he's getting some support. even riding at their track. But Peick's help from suzuki is not the same kind of help that suzuki is giving to RCH. At RCH, Peick will be on a full works bike. Sure Peick probably had a good bike with his motosport.com/flyracing team, but he's gonna have an even better bike, help from the goat, Berlutti, etc.

As for Hill, that's a bummer and kind of out of the blue. All the articles I read made it seem pretty set that RCH had signed Hill for indoors and outdoors. Does Hill get to finish out SX with RCH or is he fired?

I might get burnt for saying this but sometimes it seems like RC is a super control freak. Almost like a mini Jerry Jones. . . Like to the point that he might get in his own way of owning a championship caliber team. I'm wondering if some of the things he insists on controling deters championship caliber riders from signing with him. I don't know anything about how he works his contracts but I'd be curious to see what kind of clauses and demands he has in his contracts.

The biggest question I haven't seen answer yet is.......is Hill still racing for RCH for the remaining 3 SX rounds? People are wording it like "Hill got it walking papers at Houston"......does that mean after that Houston race (meaning as of the checkered flag at Houston) he no longer has a ride?!?!?! Would be SO F'n badass to see him show up on a stock bike and lay it down in Seattle!!!!!!!

He's racing out the remaining SX then he's done. He'll get paid out from RCH for the Outdoors but won't be riding their bike

Team should have stayed H&H for a reason and that is being different no politics when RC got involved now you have politics and people with a lot of money making decisions as well as RC. Of you look at it tickle was RC's rider choice and harts choice was Hill. Now you can see who's running the team in 2015

Hill has had that ride way longer than he deserves anyways. He is lucky he had it that long and made decent money I would suspect even though his results weren't there all that time he was hurt.

Wouldn't be surprised...

IMO, when you thank someone with a pretty checkered past that isn't on the team (Hansen) in a post race win interview & don't specifically thank the owners, you aren't endearing yourself to the team at all.

Too bad, I like Hill & seems like his speed has gotten better through the year.

I thought that it was weird that he thanked a guy that the team had just fired under weird circumstances. Did they ever give an official reason or even an official press release that Hanny was done?

You see what RC brought to the table and how the team has stepped up over the last two years once RC was involved. They have factory bikes now and that means the factory wants results. Its how things work in this sport.

Yes its good to be different, but winning is what every team wants even Carey Hart. Tickle and Josh wont bring that to the team, unfortunately.

People can complain and say Josh got screwed but the simple thing is this, if he was on a results based program, which I believe he was, RCH has every right to send him packing based on their agreements.

I like Josh and I hope he lands some where good. The dude has been through hell and back and I know he has the talent to be battling with the top 5 guess when he is on.

You would think RC, Suzuki and friends would be looking forward to next year when they supposedly will have Roczen. In the mean time, don't rock the boat and see this year out, fulfill sponsor obligations etc..

Instead, they appear to be going all Motoconcepts and firing guys, creating drama. Hill must be a pain in the ass in ways we don't understand from the outside?

Maybe they really want to give Peick a tryout without having to commit to a full year contract and salary and somehow Hill is in the way of this?

Lot of questions here but one thing is certain, this aint Hart and Huntington anymore.

Not RC making the decisions. Might want to do a little research before you start dealing out accusations.

Who does make the final decisions at RCH?
