You need to purchase a Bluetooth dongle and use the program motion joy to use a PS3 controller. It is pretty complicating unless you are a computer guy. Or you could use it plugged in with motion joy also

I had to use motion joy to play mx vs atv on pc.... Too damn complicated... Just go to gamestop and by a fps pro controller and it's straight plug and play for pc

Does online freeze a lot for any of you? I can't do more than three races before it freezes, same for a few friends...

The freezing only happend to me once when I was selecting a bike an d the timer ran out... I hate when host leave the room and the room shuts down lol.

Just had my first 'riderless' race. This was in Career mode, not online...race 1. Race 2 was fine Laughing











The things in the air? That's the riders flying around Laughing Laughing Laughing










I screwed around in next to last place to get the screenshots. Then restarted and won the race with the bikes exactly the same. As mentioned race 2 was fine.

Hey guys, not sure if you guys are re-mapping your controller but I have been using this and it works beautifully. It was a control scheme I had suggested to both Milestone and MVA a year ago.

Realistic setting, Pro physics, MANUAL transmission....

Re-map the upshift to L3 (where you click the L analog stick) and re-map downshift to R3 (where you click the R analog stick). This way you can upshift and downshift without ever having to remove your fingers from the L stick (for bike control) and R stick (for rider control). I also use A as back brake.

It takes a while to get the hang of it but once you use manual transmission it makes this awesome game even more realistic.

Hands down, this is the best console MX game to date. Love it.

So I got to play the game more yesterday. This game is BAD ASS! I definitely recommend buying it (or you can obtain it if you're smart enough, yes, online works).

It's like MTX Mototrax style of career mode with much better game play. Very fun and addicting.

Someone elses post mentioned to not play it like Reflex and start out with a fresh mindset. This helps a lot. Start out by going slow and learning the game. It doesn't play like Reflex at all.

Yes, the bike sounds do suck, but the rest of the game is so awesome that I forgot about it pretty quickly.

if you are in the US looks like you will have to buy it from someone overseas and have them send it to you.

You could get it on ebay yesterday for $80 shipped to the US (360 verision), might be interested in buying it from someone in the UK. I ship stuff overseas all the time, looks like it should be $15 for first class. If anyone in the UK is willing to buy it for me on amazon.com (UK) let me know and I can paypal you $60. Should only cost you $55 including the shipping to the US.

Anyone else having issues playing PC version online? I've been playing without issues but today when I select Multiplayer in game it tells me I need to create an account and validate it. Which has been done.
