Not if it was administered/prescribed by a MD to treat an illness or condition. That is totally legitimate. I had food poisoning on a business trip years ago, ended up in an ER....they gave me an IV to re-hydrate. How is RV any different? It is legitimate medical treatment for that condition.

If it was done for a healthy rider, to replace fluids lost riding (like outdoor MX)...then possibly yes. But to catch them, you would need a search warrant to get into the team rigs and RVs. It is done all the time at outdoor races....

IV's are grounds for a no-race if I recall correctly. That may just be for the Nationals though, I don't know for sure. Glad Tickle's got movement in the lower extremities, always hate when that is in question after a bad crash.
