Why don't they hold a supercross in a college football stadium.
They aren't doing anything with them in the winter really and they will hold 80+ thousand.
I realize at like A2 and 3 and 4 and 5 they don't pack it out but I bet if it were on a college campus or two you would get your normal 50 thousand+ fans plus I bet most of the college would show up.
I realize that many stadiums may not qualify because they won't have enough room for the pits. But would't that be cool. It would also expose it to more people to the sport based on the fact I bet most of the college kids would show up just because it's right there in their back yard whereas only a small percentage of them would go to the supercross where it is now.
Just a thought, what do all the respectable gentleman on Vital think?

I think College Stadiums would just jack the prices up even more
Unfortunately I don't think it would really make that much of a difference. The big media markets are around the cities, and most large cities have at least one professional-size (NFL/Baseball) stadium. One of the reasons why Supercross doesn't visit northern states very often is the lack of domed stadiums. Other than Syracuse, I don't know of any other domed college football stadiums, does anyone?
That said, whoever made the point about college eye candy was spot on. Spent some time at a large state university and you'll forget all about the tatted, monster guzzling track snacks you see hanging around Milestone.

however, i go to a lot of the UofU football games and the eye candy is unfuckinreal. tailgating across the street is as good as it gets for great looking girls walking around getting plastered and taking their tits out.
one year for a football game we were sitting at the north west corner right by the aisle about 10 rows up and this girl on the first row takes her shirt and bra off and throw them on the field. the security was walking her up the aisle and she was doing a big show for everyone in the crowd. walked right past us, her left nipple was within flicking distance, great tits and the best part is i don't think i'd put her a day over 22. smoking hot.

Atlanta draws huge crowds and only one event.
No motocross events in the deep south (people from FL and south GA / AL aren't going to hop in the car for a Saturday drive to Muddy Creek).
