Anaheim has been ramming the prices up these last few years. I remember back in early 2000's Club level row A was 36.00. Everyone I talk to that didn't go this year said it was due to the tickets being too expensive at Anaheim. A lot of them are going to SD cause it is 1/2 the price.
Yeah, that's my feeling too.

If I felt like the riders were making more down into the top 20 I might feel different. I understand it's a relatively small sport, but these are risking a lot for my entertainment and I'd like to feel there was more trickle down to them.

That's my exact view as well. It's a shame that it hasn't and most likely never will increase to the privateers who are the backbone of the sport, while FELD is making BIG $ partly because of them.

We just went to Berts Mega Mall and got San Diego tickets for 17.00 a piece in the upper view 38. They are side line seats and high. I haven't been to a San Diego race since I was a kid. How tall is the stadium?

Thanks for letting me know they are so cheap. That's crazy. They don't have many for San Diego but they have a ton A3. Places closer to SD probably have more tickets

I think whoever is in charge of the Anaheim ticket prices going up so much the last few years really shot themselves in the foot!
When was the last time an Anaheim race sold out?...
I know a lot of friends that haven't gone just because of the high ticket prices. Now it's going to be really hard to get those people back!
It was really sad to see all the empty seats at A-2

A lot of times they say it's sold out.. but you will have whole sections empty

Oh stop. Dropping an A round is not the answer. Every few years there is this big debate. And every few years they try and they always come back. We have the demo's for 3 rounds. Just not the $ since the tickets went up.

A1 and A3 are usually the most attended, it did seem like there were even less people than normal this past weekend. They need to put together a good package deal that would include all three races at Anaheim. I'm sure a lot of people go to all three as it is, but if they offered a really cool and affordable package deal, they might see better attendance at A2 and 3.

I drove 26 hours and spent about $800 to go to Muddy Creek last year. I hope you people complaining about ticket prices don't live anywhere near the stadium.

I agree. There were big sections missing at A1 and I thought the vibe was less energetic than normal. Still a big crowd, still awesome, etc., but less than normal. I do think it is the Live HD TV and high ticket prices. I'm sure with the higher prices and keeping the dirt in the stadium that Feld is making a killing on the Anaheim rounds. In my opinion they need to look at the bigger picture that the third round of the season had huge sections that weren't filled. A big problem is the diamond club or whatever at home plate has seats that are way overpriced given the view point. This doesn't look too good for potential sponsors.

I've said this on other topics talking about ticket prices but ATL supercross hasn't went up bary any n 15 yrs.

It must have something to do with cost to rent venue, dirt price, and storage for the dirt

I used to always buy my tickets at the Stadium and get Club level seats for all 3 Anaheim rounds and they would give a discount for buying all three rounds. They stopped offering that awhile ago when they started jacking up the ticket prices.

I remember reading when they first started racin 3 rounds they did it bc 1. Southern cal and industry being located there. 2. Cost to rent and buy dirt was really cheap. I wonder what's has caused the huge increase.

Daytona tickets are $40 and you can bring a soft sided cooler (no glass) to your seat. I love living in Florida.

I found them on stub hub becuse every where else I looked, including ticket master didn't have any available seats where I wanted to sit. So I had no choice but to buy overpriced tickets. Pretty sad..

What is this Walmart package? I may have 4 people going and it says 120 dollars. But I think I heard they still charge you the ticket master fees?

I finally got through ticketmaster from the walmart page. They give you 30 dollars a seat plus 10 dollars a seat for fees.

what's wrong with these idiots?

Also, they want 75 dollars for all of the 400 level seats? holy crap

Yea I saw that two. By the looks of ticketmaster Atl might have another 70,000 plus again. Almost all 100 level and club level are gone. Upperdeck still has alot, I wonder if going from $10 to $20 is going to hurt third level seating this year?

I didnt / wont go to any anaheims' this season (first time in probably 8 years), strictly because of the costs....I will be in SD and of course LV for the final....
