I love how you rip on the dude for not racing/training anymore...He would never beat the likes of Dungey and RV. I'm sure he makes a pretty penny freeriding in the hills and still being able to enjoy a beer at night. Dude rides for fun and gets paid for it. Get over it.

People who dream of having the talent/skill/opportunity to be a factory pro get pissed when they see riders like Hansen, JLaw, or others pissing away those gifts. I doubt Daddy Donnie is really happy about his son throwing away his genetic athletic talent like this...no matter how much money he's making.

But, just my opinion...

Yep. He makes his own choices, lives for himself, gets paid to ride at his own leisure, and probably lives a life better than the large majority of any of us. Let the man live his own life as he sees fit.

I watched Josh H race the 2009 I think Australian Outdoor Nationals at Wanneroo, very very tough Sand track.

He got into 5th over halfway through and then stalled lost a couple positions but Toughed it out.

After the race we went by his rig and he was washing himself with the Guerney gun it was Freezing cold.

A little guy about 6 or 7 was watching him like a hawk, and Josh came over to the kid and gave him his gear.

Just stood there in his Jocks talking to the young fella. The young fella was so Happy.

I asked Young Goose what he thought of track, he reckoned he would bring a beach towel next time.
