Raced the older CR250 and also won the two-stroke class (on a 2005 CR, I believe), remember him?

This is the kind of person he is...

Have you any idea how rare it is for a rider to send a thank you email, much less a hand written thank you card in the mail?

Good parenting and a young man that just "gets it".

Pretty sure it was a 1985 CR250. I was there and he was super FAST in all that mud. Best of luck to Jerry going forward.

Very cool!
There is some big JR85 news that hasn't been released yet, not sure why, but it's not my place to say either.
Did he share anything else with you Dave?

Thought he has a deal with FC's owner. Has it changed?

Big fan of Jerry for numerous reasons.... modern day "Rocky" and extremely grateful. Humanity take notice, we need more people like Jerry.

Wow, that's pretty cool. It sounds like Jerry is just truly thankful for what you guys have done for him, and all the support.

That's it. Heard he got a Geico support ride, then heard it was with the owner.
Got 2 new CRF250's a few weeks ago.

Totally awesome! You just don't hear of hand written thanks or anything any more. If I had a kid, he'd be like Jerry Robin!

Hey MX Culture, since you mentioned it, it IS you're place to say so spill the beans Bro!?!?!?!?!

Seriously, you guys have no idea how rare it is to get even an email update, especially a personalized one, from someone you help, much less something hand written.

Seems to me he is simply conforming to 1985 standards of decency and politeness.

Kids got integrity & character. Raised right. You can't say that about a lot of these brats running around.

FYI - Reason I posted this is two fold;

1. Show others what they should do
2. Show other companies who this kid is, not just on the track, but off the track

My mom made me write letters just like this at the end of every year. She made me keep a list of who got them during the year. Being older, I appreciate very much what she made me do. As a kid I HATED the end of the year. It meant a lot of letters I had to write.

Very cool to see this from Jerry.

Thank You flarider for supporting the sport. I've read a lot of great things about your rider support. I wouldn't have known by some of your posts/replies in regard to "business", luckily people on this forum have seen it first hand and speak highly of what you do!

so, THANK YOU!

you expect a guy who had to race a 1985 cr250 to write an email? email would require subscribing to an internet service provider.

put 2 and 2 together.

See you at the races,
