I'm a noob here.
But just for the fun of it....I had to dig out my shit-stirrin stick.
I was out of the scene due to injury (yes it was life-threatening....just sayin....)from '02 til 2012. Couldn't ride, so I didn't want to even watch.
Missed a lot. These kids these days are damned impressive. But leaving sheer speed out of the equation, whose the SMOOTHEST rider of all time?
My vote goes to SuperMac.
That ought to get some people riled up.

BWAHAHAHAHAHA.
Sorry. My favorite SX/MX quote this year was.."AND STEWART GOES DOWN!!!" I even called the corner at Thunder Valley this year before practice even started. Fast yes, but smoooooth?
Mine is effortless riding style, super fast but doesn't always look fast to the eye and minimal crashes.
Stewy isn't that so much. RV either, he looks to the eye so aggressive and on edge. Those two are tops in a sheer speed category. I agree MC and Bailey silky smooth. Just my opinion.
Nothing against any of the riders who go 1000x faster than me or even faster than Jeremy. But watching him ride was watching a master.
Windham and Huffman super smooth.
Btw, MC is The King. DeCoster The Man, just sayin
Okay. I agree. But you should have seen everyone's face when three little girls went up to the KTM rig, ignored everyone else and asked if Mr. Decoster was there.
He came out of the truck with a gleam in his eye and spent all the time they wanted with him.
I was a proud papa.
Pit Row
beats the original. 'Nuff said.
Lechien and Bailey are also good picks.
Nah, just kidding, in SX the King and outdoors Bailey, Lechien, or Bayle. They all made it look easy.

I also watched the 06 motocros des nations where JS fights with Steffan Everts. Everts is much smoother in that race.
Check it out, its realy fun to watch how differently those guys ride at "similar" speed.
