I don't know how some of these riders can drift the back end of the bike around like they do. One of the pros in a series I race does it regularly. It's pretty impressive to watch.

Congratulations! 300cc two strokes are the perfect MX bike.....most fun you can have with your clothes on. I found this out after racing four strokes for almost two years and was blown away at how much more fun, how much easier it was to go fast on a 300cc two stroke.

For those of you that point to how much better four strokes are for their power delivery my suggestion is to grow a pair and get back to basics. Seriously before you guys keep on beating the four stroke drum please go out there and ride a 300cc two stroke.

Well there is the obvious 2-stroke vs 4-stroke debate.

But also the "Off-road riding is boring, takes no skill" which couldn't be farther than the truth.

Then you get the King of Backpeddlers like Cockbobber who for years on here said "KTM'S ARE JUNK!", but now that Dungey is kicking ass they are suddenly good bikes overnight. Whistling

For the last 10 years or so KTM's have been stepping up their game BIGTIME. Some people who don't ride are CLUELESS. lol

I could see it being so ideal. Do they make a 280 kit for the CRs? I know Gorr does a 450 kit now.

That was a pretty cool video. The footage and content were sweet - it looked like some great riding. They did a really good job of capturing the two stroke sound, too.

I can't help but feel they over did the drama a bit, though. Especially on the background music - it sounded like a movie trailer. I also thought the following quote was rather dubious, given the sport's current situation:

".....some have limited purpose superseeded by a new idea, but every so often that idea becomes a mechanical masterpiece, one that cannot be surpassed, and cannot be made redundant by a new design. The two stroke engine is one such masterpiece."
