the TwoTwo brand? It seems like two short races ago he was going for it and now he has thrown in the towel. Personally I thought he would win one before Stewie but I am glad Bubba's back. Reed seems to have lost that drive. I personally think he didn't realize the class was going to be THIS STACKED.....willing to bet the Seven brand takes the F off once it's released later this year.....
I think it's that, plus the frustration of being so far behind the curve this late in the year...along with the pressure from sponsors & his own ego that are the major culprits.
But...what do I know? Dr. Phil I'm not.

The TV showed Reed for a short time last night, and it looked like his front end was visibly twitchy especially in flat turns. He almost looked flat trackerish sawing at the handlebars in one turn. That may have only been a short impression, but it didn't look good.
Two races ago in SD he was fighting for a win.
He looked great in the third practice yesterday too.
One bad race and everyone goes nuts.
There's some big races in the next three weeks that he likes..STL, Daytona, Indy.
I bet he gets back in the top mix soon.
Heard he really doesn't like those forks and saw him talking to Bones for quite a while yesterday too. Too

(Make sure your sarcasm detectors are on when reading the above.)
If the 2 times defending champ' or Dungey can finish outside the top 5, why not Reed? I feel on a good night he can win, podium, and he is still in the title hunt. In all cases there is only 1 winner per race, there will be only 1 champ' this year, no need to start bashing otherwise we will send 19 main event riders to the retirement
On form - the guy has one of the most awesome styles imaginable but as of now he just looks awkward.
I mean by his own admission he's struggling. Sure, 4ths, 5ths aren't bad results (especially early on) but we're now getting into the meat of the season and regardless of points... I'm sure that Chad wants and justly expects to be winning or threatening to win these races, not sitting back in 5th or worse. On the positive side of things he does still have moments here and there where he looks like his old self. SD being one of them and at one point a little bit last night. I think he still has it but there has to be some sort of breakthrough with the bike set-up for him soon.
If he's having trouble with his front end feel, hopefully the softer east coast tracks will help him there at least.
Pit Row
Deadset, i'd rather see him on last years bike worked over by PC... It's getting hard to watch, he looks bummed.
If he doesn't get it together I don't know he'll want to come back for more of the same next year... HE has been fast, but he's always about the title...
