I know i will catch flack for this but it pains me that Mike Brown keeps the #3. I know I know he is operating within the rules to keep that number but such a prime number I think it should be worn by one of our sports superstars.
I believe that Canard was the first one who could have taken the 6 (correct me if I'm wrong) but he chose 41 for his late father. Typical classy move from Trey. That kid is the hombre.

NOT that I thought it was a BAD thing but I was a little surprised...
And what did Marvin Musquin do to get a "Career Number"?

Hope he runs a big dirty number 4... Like the 2001 onwards one RC used, that thing was sweet!

Kenny is using 94 too! Not sure how that works!

I think RC probably knows the proper way to say it. He talks just like stock car racers. It's kind of a "scene" thing. But I also wince imagining what people think watching it.

How much of a BADASS is Mike Brown with the top 3 number? Freaking cool.

Marvin finished in the top 10 in Overall combined points on the year is how he earned a career #.

It's funny that Nelson ended up on 36 after running 136 this year

I thought no one else noticed "seen" but me. Every time I use the word I think of that lol. But in regards to the forum topic, it will be cool to see the #4 on the Kawi. I'm curious to see if it'll be the skinny #4 or the wide font like Ricky used throughout his career.

I'm a BB fan but if I were him, I don't think I would've taken that number.

Good stuff. Fuck it, it's just a number. Stingy titties Brown needs to relinquish no3 though.

Why? How long has RC been retired? Should RV not have taken no2?

Barcia was never 174... He was always 51... As for josh hill.. He was 75 on mini bikes... And switched back and forth from 75 to 175 on big bikes

I'm not cool with this.

Ricky Carmichael Is #4 Pro or Not.

Villo can proudly run #2 , after all the dude is THE best out there and deserves such an iconic number.

Baggett is still proving himself...

As was said, he hasn't really proved himself yet, imo. Hopefully he will though.

Seeing more and more riders picking their own # out of the top ten and sticking with it. THat's the way it should be, except for the top 10! They should be assigned numbers based on total points for the whole year, with no 'support' class(ie. 250 east/west, 250 outdoor) going toward premier class numbers. Drop the bike size limits, and lets just have the premier class and a support class! I don't care if a 500cc 2-stroke beats a 125 4-stroke, or the other way around, I want to see the rider do their best on their choice of steed, in the class they belong in. A support-class winner should be forced to move up the next year, while if out of the top ten in premier class is able to move down to support if they wish. Limited support and media exposure for the support class to make the premier class the one to strive for. That way, no sandbagging by ex-world moto champs and injured superstars.

Btw RC earned no6 for 98 and got stick for not being a big bike rider. He earned no 4 for 2000 his first full season in big bikes. He hadn't won a 250 championship then either. RV earned no2 for 2007 he ran it for 2 seasons on small bikes!

That's why you are NOT the boss... That's just stupid right there, who gives a shit about RC and his number? And that goes for the tards that keep saying the 125/250 MX title is a support class... It's not, it is a full professional series! So pleased just take your stupid ideas and go away.... Please!!!!

RC 'Choked' Twice in his first two MXdN's as well, (Brazil and England )

so maybe it fits better than you think,

My thoughts exactly, bvm111.

Ricky had an incredible run wearing the number 4, but it is so stupid that some think Bagget should have to perform to the same standard if he has a number 4 on his bike. It is just a number after all - Blake is not trying to steal RC's identity.

Bradshaw was no.4 in 1992.

If anyone is going to take RCs number blake is a good choice. Great fitness and superfast outdoors.

It bugs me when people say "I seen" when they should say "I saw," too. A lot of people do it, though. Kenny Watson says it all the time on the pulpmx show.

By some of your guys logic, if these numbers are sacred possessions to washed up pros, within 5-10 years there would be no single digits on the line......
