Don't think I've ever seen him so upset...

What the hell was the guy behind him thinking going into that first corner?!

This is the only part of X-Games I've made an attempt to watch and now I'm turning it off to hang by the pool.

They didn't and he tried to cheat again, still got to race. Absolute joke, Why does the MX tour have a break during x games. None of the real racers have anything to do with x games anyway.

If lawnmower or pig racing was on I would never tune into X games.

Funny how freestyle started off as this fresh and exciting form of motocross, now the whole scene, including X-Games is SOO tired and stale.... and racing is kick ass, exciting and more progressive!

Screw X-Games, come on RED BUDDDDDDDDDDD!

Honestly, X-Games has become more of a joke every year. It has progressively gotten so bad, the only thing I watched this year was best whip, to watch Hanny throw down. Last year though, Womens Enduro Cross was awesome... Grinning

I agree, put a southern national in this week. NO reason to take a weekend off for the X games any longer, its a bad joke and we need another race!!!

I've tried to watch most of the big moto events, but it has become nothing more than a popularity contest. Didn't catch any "Moto X Enduro X" (bro-as-fuck name by the way) last year, so may try to suffer through that tonight. I'm sure it gets ratings, but it has become the biggest running joke for everyone that isn't from California. The new gravity games?

The guy behind Pastrami didn't touch the breaks once, and just rammed Teefus right into the wall. All 4 cars didn't make it past the first turn. Never seen TP so pissed off before.

Just think of how many times they have set things up for TP to win at the X-games over the years. He isn't as much of a necessity as he used to be for the ratings. Keep in mind ratings is what this is all about.

They already tried that back in 2008 for the ESPN Moto X World Championships in San Diego at Qualcomm Stadium. It had freestyle, supercross, supermoto, step up....the whole deal. Carmichael even rode the step up competition until he crashed hard and split open his chin. I remember watching it live on tv. The attendance looked horrible and that may have been the reason why it only lasted one year.

That event made it for 2 years. RC won the 'Moto X' race at the first one in 2007 and Broc Hepler won it in 2008.

My mistake, you were actually correct. I mixed up In my head the one time RC actually did the X games and won the race with it being the first "Navy Moto X" event.

Sitting here right now googling I can find no evidence of the 2007 event that I could have sworn happened. I think that the 2007 X games had the best ever lineup of real motocross racing talent (RC, Reed, Windham, Langston) and they thought they could build on that with the spinoff moto only event, which never panned out.
