High Point, RC double. Several 250F riders did it in practice but I saw no one, 250 or 450, do it during the races.

There's alot of risk vs reward with this jump. It ended Tomacs day last year, and I'm sure it will play on the back of his mind

Man I get nervous watching some of the small bikes barely make it over the Leap. When I was Red Bud two years ago many where stretching it out and still clipping the landing.

With that said I believe the top 10 in the 250 class will huck the Leap this year.

The jump seems to change a lot each year. Seems bigger one year, then a little tamer the next. Still massive, hopefully we'll have another moment like when Barcia jumped over the top of... Wharton? Someone, lol

I think we will see some do it at times when the track is fast and there is some good lines.
This guy did it on a 125.

This nutty year - with Roczen, Barcia, Tomac, Baggett and who knows else, I 've gots me some feelings that THIS year, it's

gonna be about who does, routinely, clear that massive gap...

And, when you come to think about it, there's really nothing on the series- circuit anymore, that the 450's are clearing -

that the 250's aren't....

In fact at Steel City last year, there was THAT massive launch that more 250's were clearing.....
I also think that huge uphill Triple (or whatever it is) at Glen Helen thats been there the last couple years is pretty insane. Looks like if you were to case that, with the momentum and the angles of the landing, it wouldnt be a good deal at all. I find it looks just as intimidating on TV as the Red Bud gap.
