a 2 horse race, if James wasn't there it would have only been a 1 horse race.
yer nephew blew out his knee racing a race that didn't matter by getting a terrible jump off the line which put him mid-pack with a bunch a squids.

can you imagine if he was actually racing a race that mattered against a revitalized james stewart? probably get his body amputated or something... or worse.

I've always said that it was quite ironic he decided to post "ready for the outdoors" on Twitter the day after Villopoto announced he was out for good. He's also got to be the first guy in the history to sign a SX only contract after winning the MX championship for the first time. However, I know you're fishing. I just hope we can see Villopoto and Stewart on the same outdoor track at the same time. It's a shame we haven't gotten to see that, ever, even though they've both been in the same class for 4 years now.

Also, he is saying in all of his interviews that he's out here for the fans and that MX is important for the sport. Really James? Really? Come on now. Where were you the last three years then? Especially the years YOU said you were riding the outdoors for the fans.

The crap James is spewing from his mouth recently is sickening. "I had a wonderful time at JGR and on the Yamaha." Yeah? Why aren't you still there and what kind of "wonderful" results did you get with them and the bike? I know he is trying to be PC, but that's really just lying your ass off. Why not just let it go for what it is and not say anything about the past? The fans all know what went down. And then the backhanded jabs...."It's going to be rough out there in the second moto...at least I know my bike will be getting better later in the moto." Did that knock on Yamaha make you feel better James?
Now, the "I'm just hear because I care about my fans and MX" nonsense make me throw up in my mouth a little bit. So, another way of saying that is, "the last 3 years I didn't give a shit about MX or my fans and just did my own thing regardless of what they wanted me to do." Just here because of the fans, really? You must think we are all idiots.
It's good seeing him out there again, and I wish him good luck, but I hope he stops saying stupid shit that insults our intelligence. Just ride dude...and maybe thank the fans and your sponsors afterward.
what the fuck do you want him to say you jackoff?

What are you talking about a race that didn't matter and if he was racing against a revitalized james stewart. Is there a
response to your statement. He got injured trying to pass people in a race that he wanted to win. Is someone else posting
with your name or did you just get dumb all of a sudden.

I don't think it matters. James, RV, Dungey, Reed and Canard's speed is ridiculous. When they're all together again, it will be a guessing game of who can win. The Dungey and Stewart battle this summer is only beginning to heat up. And great racing battles is good for us fans.

And yet we have yet to see a season that has all of them together for the whole series. Which sucks cause we all know that racing would be ridiculous!

I seem to remember Dungy being a factor in the MX class for the 2010 and 2011 seasons?
I also remember Reed saying that he would rather race James when he (James) is on the Yamaha?

James did not race the Outdoors since 2008 because in 2009, 2010 he was on a SX only team. He stated that he wanted to race outdoors in 2011 but did not have his deal done. Also, if you remember, he tried one race on the new style Yamaha outdoors and it was so bad that he packed it in after one moto?

I am a Yamaha guy and the bike was just not suited for Stewart!! I think that we can all say that pretty confidently now. It feels bigger than the other bikes and Stewart is a small guy.

Can we all just agree to enjoy the great racing while it lasts!!! It could be tomorrow and one of these guys could be out, so lets just have fun watching the battles while they last!!!!

I don't get why people on here need a explanation as to why he chose to race or not. WTF does it matter to you anyways. Get a life, you people try to dig way to deep in the MX/SX conspiracy.

I have no dog in this fight and don't really care all that much if you guys believe me or not but I can tell that 100%, without a doubt I knew that JS was racing outdoors on Suzuki for no money the week before Seattle where RV blew out his knee.

That's a fact I know for sure and no, I'm not going to prove it.
Good job Obi-Wan Matthes.........

You knew what someone told you and its not like he had many options...... And could you define " no money "....

BobbyM knew 100% for fact that JS was going to be on a Suzuki all the way back in 2011.....?

That must make him Yoda......

People question whether he races or doesn't. They question on why he wins or doesn't. They question his motives for switching bikes. They question on why he takes his fans to dinner. They question his motive on most anything he does.
Everyone races for a reason.I say it doesn't matter why you race ,but that you race. The rest is really no ones business but your own.

I agree Sherwood but the difference I believe is that Villo/Reed are much more aggressive and willing to hang it out to win. In my opinion that fuks with James head.

James is a hell of a rider but when he feels pressure he folds. Not every time but often enough to take himself out of a c-ship......Look at the RC days. He was faster than RC but the pressure got to him. Same thing racing Villo/Reed. As far as Dungey hanging with him yesterday...............In his head JS thinks he has Dungeys number so he doesn't "feel" any pressure. Let Dungey pass him and start to pull away 3 or 4 motos and JS will start to crack.
Wait a second. You believe the Reed is more aggressive than Stewart, and more willing to hang it out to win?

That is the first time I have ever heard that opinion.

Dude can't win. He decides to race and the conspiracy theorists come out of the woodwork and say its only because RV and CR are out. If he had decided not to race then everyone piles on the hate wagon. Ya can't please everyone. As previously stated in this thread, I'm glad he's out there because its gonna get real interesting watching him and RD duke it out all year.
This ^^^

Can't you fuckers just enjoy the racing? All the conspiracy theorists are bringing the rest of us down.

RC is the GOAT for a reason for sure, but, RV is not one to ride around in 2nd place. It would very interesting indeed to see what would happen between those two in a championship series!

Yea and what exactly happened after I posted that. Lets see..............

He raced half a SX season and quit.

Saw the 2 fastest MX'ers get knocked out of the MX series and all the sudden makes a mad dash to get in the series on a bike he is more comfortable on (I agree he and the Yammy didn't get along)........Hmmmmmmmm how much bonus $$$ will he get for wins???

I think I was pretty spot on.
You sir, are a fucking moron. It's been well documented that James was making bank at JGR an could have run mid-pack for the next three years without doing outdoors and continue to make bank. It's also well documented that he doesn't get a single penny from Suzuki this summer - wins, championship, or otherwise. Take your hate elsewhere, fucktard.
