Is washed up ...... A 3rd first moto? I think hes lost his mojo. From this first moto James is gonna go 24-0 because of this dominant performance like he never skipped a beat.

Ha ha! Well played good sir. I am totally impressed with Bubbas ride in that moto. Very impressive. We are in for a GREAT season I hope. Hopefully for a change, everyone stays healthy, and we have a wicked battle!

JS7 could go 24 straight, its entirely possible, all he has to do is not crash. Dungey will be right there though so unlike in Bubba's last full outdoor season, he is going to have someone RIGHT behind him all season not just the first lap or two like with 800 in '08. Its going to be fun to watch this season no matter who wins thats for sure. Wish RV1 was out there though.

No way hes capable of going 24-0. The rest of the pack IS just too good. Early in the season kids.... dont set him him for failure. He rode an awesome moto, and its awesome to have him back to watch! Buuuuut, the sport is just getting more and more to where all the top guys are specimen athletes, and fast. Should be a wicked season. Id like to see new winners every week. Now THAT would be awesome.

Sorry OC ..... It was my first holeshot since joining and I figured with all the drama surrounding James decision to come out and walk away with the 1st moto was surprising not shocking but it was cool to see him lead wire to wire and its easily visible he is confident in his bike, looked seamless and as a fan of the sport its GREAT to have him back, I feel that he is right where reed was back in 09 when he began to regain his ginormous fan base so me thinks he will be back w avengence come sx if he does well outdoors...... I wanted to incorporate all the #7 and #5 talk into one thread that will be broken down into halves, quarters, eights, sixteenths .... Etc over this weeks discussions I cam only imagine the assumptions and accusations that will provide this weeks entertainment. It was pure adrenaline getting the holeshot!

James said before moto 1 he would be happy with a top 5. He was surprised at how well he did, and so were a lot of people. Some people not so surprised. Notice how calm he looked on the track? That speaks volumes.
