First, you were flying, that was some awesome riding, but friends do not let friends ride 2 strokes. I have had discussion with friends and we have come to the conclusion that two strokes are easy to flip and 4 strokes don't flip out like that as often. I believe that this would not have happened on 4 stroke but I am sure the 2 stroke worshipers will disagree.
CluelessMucho strikes again. The man posts up a vid, and possibly has a broken foot. The best you can do is pipe off about the bike being a 2-stroke, and probably the reason for the crash. Maybe you and your friends should stick to jackin each other off in a circle. Comments like yours show that's what you're good for. Were you posting a fishing comment, in a video with that end result? Well, that's my response. You really are a jackass.
Nice riding slip. Haulin ass, for sure. Get better soon.

Pussies! Tongue
Part of our HS is on the MX track. (actually, 2 MX tracks linked together and some nice flowing sections in the back)
So plenty of air time if you want.

Well I just love moto! I've raced 2-strokes, 4-strokes and even Electric bikes. Bikes to me are like women, there are all kinds of them out there and I love them all Tongue

Just think what would've happened if my CRF450 dropped a valve or shot a rod through the cases in the same spot...

Since many HS events use an mx track as part of the course,
do they have a "No Jump" policy or signage?

I also thought you were out cold. I am glad you r alright. That was an awsome video. It seems that nobody likes to show fourstroke vids on here. Who wants to listen to lawnmowers anyway lol. I hope you continue to race that sweet CR250. Could you name the track and location.?

Nice. Thanks for taking me around the track. Everytime I drive by there I wonder what its like, for I haven't riden there in a very long time (back before it was legit).

To improve the sound out of the GoPro pull the seal out of the case door. It helps tremendously.

Damn Slip.....sorry for the get off.....glad you'll be alright once you get your foot checked out.

The shifting problem :........Not sure what could cause that , except maybe a bent shifting fork or something like that. Or could possibly be the clutch springs or basket acting up. Sounds like it's getting confused between two gears as the rev's go up......which says something is is either bent or slightly mis-aligned some how. Hope you get it figured out.....cause the rest of the bike sounds good.

BTW.....good riding man!

Slip, you were getting it in the video. Kept waiting for you to triple that one section, then you did, and then boom! Hoping the foot is just angry! Great riding by the way.

Damn bud...I'm sorry man.

I wonder if I've bent the shift forks by the way I have to downshift with my fake leg??
4/30/2012 9:58am
Slip, nice riding and good lines! Why is the trans shifting on its own? Glad you tripled out of the turn. Heal up soon!

Great track, prep, dirt-sand..... but it bites and spits you out.
broken femur last April, cracked my wrist on 7/07 also

Here's a vid of another Nor-cal track (Oatfield ---- Sierra OTHG National)

Not mine but from the 45+ exp moto, but I did race my RMZ 450 and RM 250
Oatfield is by far by favorite track in the NorCal area.

Changed a lot since the last time I was there though.

To me, it looks like the EVO Henry/Reed bend in black...but that's all I can tell from the video. However, I know my bar bends pretty good! Lol

Wow! Glad that you're OK. Sort of OK anyway......

Time to split the cases and find the shifting problem. I know that I'm preaching to the choir here but even if I found a suspect under the clutch side cover, I would not ride with confidence with that kind of ghost in the machine. Probably a bent shift fork from a fall or abusive shifting.

Ride safe.

Slipdog said it was a transmission issue, not an engine issue.

Glad to hear you are doing pretty well after that one!
