with guys that are newer to the sport i can see them getting a bit excited and not letting off....... but there is no excuse for alessi. that was complete BS! during the heat that was red flagged i was pretty bummed out for him. i thought he could really use that boost of confidence but after not realizing that there was a race going on and he was NOT in it, i could have cared less about him.

Things get complicated when the guys going for the win start lapping riders who are near the top and in a points chase as well. It's obvious that MA got in the way but I really didn't see if he was in the middle of a battle of his own at the time.

I really thought he needed to move, butt hurt or not. That was an epic race, but if he would have moved sooner I think Reed would have gotten by RV in the whoops on that lap. He was, to me, clearly interfering with the race.

Ya it was all Mikes fault that caused RV to pass Chad. Chad failed and good have sealed the deal but got compacent in the second to last lap.

Dungey finaly hardened the ----- up and weimer is but hurt , on well go play beach volleyball and have a picknick.

I agree. I was irritated that they weren't moving over but later realized that was 8th and 9th place they lapped up to. That gives them a little slack, but not a lot.

As rc used to say "if you see the blue flag there is a race going on and you aren't in it", or something to that effect... doesn't matter if you are in 20th or 5th, GTFOOTW....

but... must be said that tonight showed some of the Hype for the first time in a long time..... Mike is a natural talent, and based on that talent he's capable of winning indoors and out (if all the stars align perfectly).... it would make for one HECK of an interesting series if Mikeee ever caught fire and could consistently run with RV....

I think as far as Mikey's race, he would have been better off heeding the blue flags and then following chad through the other two I think. Not cool to see mikey blocking the leaders, but I do like that he is fighting for position more this year than last

when he put the blocked us on stewart I thought the planets were out of line and he was going to win a heat race straight up but that blatant disregard for the blue flag was awful ..... Practically the whole stadium was yelling at him to move....no joke! Waving their hands and yelling to move. It was a janky thing to do he didn't need to do that and had no reason to

Come on you guys, Reed didn't get close enough to Alessi to warrant him moving over. He held his line and Reed couldn't make the pass quickly. No rules broken.
