Im a fan of most sports and I've tried to understand NFL a few times but I always end up with more questions than answers. One day I'll get to a game in the states and I'll bug the shit out of the people sitting next to me!
Just like any other sport it is much more interesting once you have actually played the game. Most US boys grow up playing football and/or baseball so we love those games.Cool Soccer on the other hand... Wink

I don't get why so many bash Bobby about his info....he is telling us all what he hears, and yes he is more plugged in than 99.53% of the people that post here. The difference between Bobby and a journalist, journos must wait until they have certainty a deal is complete, or they might give us all little teasers here and there, but if they do that too much their credibility as a journalist comes into question. I jus' can't see anyone offering him the "Garaunteed" salary that JGR can.

Also, he's made some VERY positive comments about their bike (Chassis set-up which has been his major complaint about the YZ-F...).

Combine that w/ Yamaha getting very "Generous" w/ JGR this yr (2012) & it all add's up to JGR making the most sense...but...

What is the Suzuki situation with RC? Are they still sponsoring him, or does that deal end this year? How much can they pay a guy that isn't racing, to promote their name, their brand, their bike? The reason I bring it up is, could this be a factor in how much Suzuki has to offer a rider like James the money he needs...

Can anyone name a single entity in Moto, at this point in time, that has the ability to pull out the check-book and make things happen the way that JGR does?

Why does everyone care what he rides? It will be the same thing this year as every other year. He will win a few races, but he will take out a ton of riders in the process because he doesn't know how to set his suspension up. On the bright side, I don't think he will be doing anything stupid with respect to the law.
Personally, I wouldn't sign him for $1, he has the wrong attitude.

Just so you guys know, JGR mx is a completely different entity then their NASCAR team. Different sponsors budgets shops etc etc. They just can't go over to the NASCAR bank book and pull out what they want
