in opening ceremonies, they are going to roll him out on this.
he is going to ride this.
after the race, they are going to do this.
followed by this.
which will be followed by this.
inevitably that will lead to this.

LET J LAW RIDE for crying out loud....

"And now consider this: top riders are committing to the brand new Monster Energy Cup in Las Vegas in October, but without team commitments. And the Cup will be a truly open race in that it will allow for any type of motorcycle, no matter the year brand, the homologation rules, the works parts, traction control, cc's, strokes.... Anything these riders want to race there, they can. (Imagine someone showing up on Jeremy McGrath's '96 CR250—imagine Jeremy showing up on it!) The Monster Cup is going to be a very interesting race..."
Much like Burger King did with the creepy king character, I just retired this one. Now there's room for one more person who actually likes riding and talking about their bike of choice, and not just bagging on something else that they don't like.
Oh, and Jay, if Jason doesn't show in Vegas, should that count as a full strike against you?
if J-Law doesn't show would you say that was business as usual ? See 2011 AMA Nationals for earliest example , 20011 Supercross for another example.
Pit Row
Maybe we'll see some surprises in Vegas.
Fact: J-Law won't show for the race.
Fact: If he does, which he won't, then he will quite after a few laps.
Fact: 500guy was an abused child.
It's not a Supercross. It's a hybrid.
So yes, it does mislead. Had it said open CC 2 or 4, there may be more interested. But who wants to chance that rule being correct, instead of what you say?
But now GuyB verifies, it is truely open, so someone could run a overbore, and leaded fuel.
someone needs to show up with a KTM 300 2012 and kick some butt. It would be better than a 350Fart.
