Yikes!! Don't like seeing that. Notice that he has the NASCAR speak down and blames the 81 car.

Man, that was a hard hit. He probably contemplated a return to MX after that one!

There were mostly packed by the straights than on the corners. They had a bunch of signage covering the most of the corner grandstands.

OW!.....Damn it , I wish he would GTFO of that sport and come back to MX! Not just to have him race , but lead a team some how or something. This sport misses that guy.

Stock car racing rule #1
When you get loose and turn the wheel to the right you can NOT lift off the throttle.
Lost track of how many rookies I've seen make that mistake and fence themselves.

Man, that was awful. It reminded me a little of Earnhart's Daytona hit, even a bit worse.

Are you serious?

Just because he was the GOAT in Motocross doesn't mean he would be successful on a Road Race bike.

Those trucks are so safe now I think it was smart for him to go drive in circles, rather than continue in Motocross at that level.

I sure wish he was still racing MX though.Sad

Lets see, he ran into the wall doing approx 160mph-now get off on a superbike at the same speed and let me know how that goes....he made the right decision in the next phase of his racing career. I bet JS likes what he sees outta that crash!

I know in our sport we change our venues because of the lack of attendance, but how is a sport like that profitable? They cant be making enough off of ticket sales. I'm guessing the majority of its sponsors and merchandise sales.

Damn RC- be careful out there. This guy lives in the danger zone. But mx'ers are the toughest.

Jeez, good to see he is ok. That was a hard hit!

Damn man, he crashes in NASCAR as much as James crashes in motocross! I wish he would just bail on this NASCAR stuff and go over to Lucas Oil off road truck racing. Would be awesome to see his bangin with MC, RJ, Deegs and Ward! Smile
