Factory Connection or ENZO

I've had good experiences with both but more recently thought FC was priced pretty high. If I had to bring suspension to someone this moment, I would go to Enzo. 

Enzo left my 250F suspension pretty dialed...it was a Baja setup but all it needed was a single click up, quick turnaround and they'll always call you to confirm your setup. Try them out or AHM, they did great work on my buddy's WORCS setup.

FC bills the shit out of you on parts. Even if you send them 0 hour forks they charge for seals. 

AHM Factory Services or Graeme Brough, both SoCal based and great to work with. Either would likely be cheaper than your initial options, plus you’re not just a number. It’s always refreshing talking to the actual people working on your suspension before sending it in!

Between your two listed options, I’ve heard the wait is a bit longer than usual for SoCal Enzo, and while FC has a better turnaround they are also hit-or-miss on pricing/comfort. Best of luck and keep us updated whichever direction you decide to go.

I agree with this. AHM has that suspension dialed. And Graeme is Graeme so you couldn’t go wrong with either.

On that bike…..the FC suspension is tits.  I have it on my 2022 and before that my 2019.  I think it’s dialed from my perspective 

ENZO all day.

I have sent multiple suspension setups recently and the turn around has been 3-5 days. 
 

Great customer support, reasonably priced, and great delivered product.

You’ll only get slow turn around right before motocross or super cross starts. And around that time it’s 1 week +.

Both are great and both have knocked it out of the park when I’ve used them. Price, convenience and customer service should be the deciding factor. Give each a call and feel them out. 
 

one thing nice about FC is they sent an empty box for the suspension and included the shipping in the price. Their bill was more than Enzo, but it probably washed out because I had to buy a rifle case and pay for shipping to Enzo. Probably added $150 to the cost just to get it there. I’m not sure if FC still does that. It’s been a few years. 

Had Enzo do mine and it came back a little too on the vet friendly soft side so they were more then happy to dig back i. they are pretty legit setup now exactly what I was looking for.  Will even told me not to hesitate to reach out with any setup questions and I actually took him up on that when I was having issues with a ragged ass track but he got me squared away.  

Before we can make an educated decision, we should probably know something about you. Skill level, weight, type of riding/racing would all contribute.

Especially for the cost 

Graeme has done multiple bikes for us and he will not come in near the cost of these other tuners . 

Tom Fleming of TF racing in Myakka city, Florida. He’s done a large number of GNCC pro bikes and local pros. His grandson is an XC3 champion and current XC2 racer who is on Kawasaki’s now. You will not be disappointed, nobody knows off-road suspension for Florida like Tom.

they go over your skill level and what type of your riding you plan on doing takes about 15 minutes of conversation over the phone, super helpful and very knowledgeable setup for Vet 50 plus rider 

I be more inclined to go with a shop that is more local to your conditions..does Enzo have a Florida location? FC does. I use FC in Florida and In NH, they have always done great work for me. They also have a great Tech in New England that travels to most races for setup/ rebuild's and troubleshooting. Definitely not the cheapest but they offer racer support that helps the cost some.
