No shame. Yacht Rock is my jam.

Nothing better than sipping on a good cup of coffee sitting in my lanai in the morning listening to Yacht Rock on Sirius.

I like Big Band!

That was what my dad listened to while I was growing up,  I appreciate it more now than I did then.

As far as Friday confessions go, I have to admit I've not turned the station when Neil Diamond comes on lately.

Elton, REO Speedwagon, Rod the Mod, P!NK, Sly & the Family Stone, KISS, Warrant, Poison…the Boomtown Rats, Sweet, Ice House, Duran Duran…Burt Bacharach, Henry Mancini…etc. I’ve had people give me shit for all of it. Hell, I’ve been to some amazing musicals…like Phantom of the Opera (London), Mama Mia orig cast and I consider myself very fortunate to have seen those shows on their original light.

I’ve seen Queen and Styx put on performances that were “musicals” in their own tight. Again, I’m feeling pretty damn fortunate about that stuff. The 70s and 80s were AMAZING for live music performances.

One thing I’ve learned over the years:…

My ears are identical to my taste-buds: They both produce their own favorite flavors that are all mine.

Scroll thru your music lists in your devices…

Does your collection go from Cab Calloway to Genesis? From Mariah Carey to Metallica? From 10cc to Digital Underground? From Frankie Valli to Five Finger Death Punch?

Mine does! Laughing

Great song! How much of today's stuff will still be sought after 50 years from now?

On a anniversary after going out for dinner& dancing.  We went to the lake to make love in the van. A female cop came around I,m racing to get my cloths on my chic wrapped a blanket around her. We said it’s our anniversary the cop picked up on what kind of mood my women was in and split. Haha. It’s crazy what mood a Chevy van gets women into. Thank God for this Great song

How about Beethoven to Slayer? Classic Country, Red Dirt to Gangsta Rap. You get in the truck with me and you never know what you’re going to hear.

Oh yeah, Norteno and Tejano. This could be a regional thing.

Actually met these guys at a Jaripeo I got invited to ride bulls at. They got a kick out of me, brought me onstage during their show, interpreted an interview with me to the crowd, then gave me this CD.

😂 find another tag and read it again, slowly.  Assuming you don’t work for the manufacturer.

I'm a rocker at heart.  Big fat, fast guitars are what makes my weiner poke out.  But I also dig crafty lyrics.  Not ashamed to say I like Lily Allen, Squeeze, Ian Dury and Rod Stewart.

I'll mix Dr. Feelgood with the Kinks and Garth Brooks.  X-ray Specs, Stiff Little Fingers, John Miles, Budgie, Patty Smith, and the Ozark Mountain Daredevils...and enjoy every bit of it.

If it moves yer brain or soul...it can't be bad.

I like the Grateful Dead. I know they drive most people insane but for whatever reason I can listen to them for hours on end.

My playlist on Spotify is all punk, but I’m a sucker for John Mayer.

My music tastes are pretty eclectic.

Maybe it's Joni Mitchell, Maybe it's Black Sabbath, Maybe it's Larry Carlton, Maybe it's Chuck Mangione, Maybe it's SRV, or Glenn Campbell. Symphony, classical, country... Don't matter if it's good.

I'm all over the place.

Been on. Misfits kick lately but, I can from from Ministry to, Iron Maiden to, Soundgarden to, Slightly Stoopid.
I enjoy oldies when just hanging out, playing darts or, grilling.

I can’t stand country music though. Just FN KILL ME.
