Ya know, you browse threads in moto about the broadcasting, and you inevitably see screech being lambasted.

And rightfully so.

On the flip side...

Bernie Collins.

She's the standard of what a field reporter should be.

The lady knows her shit.

Worked for Aston Martin, if I'm not mistaken.

Man, I sure had higher hopes for Yuki.

Probably some truth in that meme.

Anthony Davidson was replaying his run, showing how the car had no grip.

Ridiculous that redbull can't set up two cars differently to suit their drivers.

They're forcing everyone to drive Max's set up.

I know, right?

I just can't understand why they can't just make it more compliant for him.

Everyone knows that only Max can drive that thing.

Crazy that Max and George hit the exact same time.

Ironic that his wrist pain will remove a pain in the ass for the rest of the grid.

Sounds like Issac Hadjar may be given the next shot at the 2nd redbull car.

With yuki being sent packing out of F1 completely.

Wonder if Hadjar has the option of declining the offer ??

Verstappens crybaby temper tantrum cost himself and the team a lot of points today and it may not be over as the FIA is doing a investigation that could end with a DQ for Max which he deserves but I doubt they have to balls to DQ him. Someone just needs to punch his light out next time. He let Russel by and then when he was going by him Max rammed him, not hard but that's the same stuff that got Schumacher disqualified in the past.

Sorry I think he never hit him hard enough, Russell learned from Hamdouche to whine & complain about anything.

I doubt I would have given the place up without a big augment

So how hard do you have to hit another car before its "hard enough" It cost him a 10 second penalty and maybe a DQ so it was hard enough but the main thing wasn't how hard, its he did it on purpose and not the first time.

Red Bull needs to "change the fucking car" as Horner would put it. Not only is it impossible for anyone other than Max to drive, it still isn't the fastest car.  Stop running drivers through the ringer like Yuki who deserves a seat in F1 and look in the design.

Hard weekend for my boys in blue at Williams.  On to the next one

So how much damage was done to crybaby’s car?  Didn’t stop him finishing the race!

I don't care if he takes Russell and himself out every race and then Ferrari may have a better chance. UPDATE now they just added 3 penalty points to Verstappen's license so one more and he gets a 1 race ban. 🤣 This was from planetF1 website so not sure about their creditability.

Max just lost 3 points on his licence. He has 1 left and if he loses that in the course of the next two rounds he will then recieve a 1 race ban.

Not one to yell at my television.

But that's exactly what I was doing when the safety car came out, and I saw the McClaren's pitting.

"Stay out Max, stay out"

They blew it when the pitted him.

Then screwed him with the hard tyres.

Everyone else was remounting used softs.

Staying out was the call.

Worst case scenario, he still finished 3rd.

First Leclerc tagged him.

(Watch the replay)

Then woody instigated the next adventure.

(Again, watch the replay)

And then you have the biggest fuck up, redbull telling him to give the position back, when the stewards hadn't said a word (yet)

Max and woody are the best of friends by any stretch.

Bernie sounds like she knows what’s up, but I can barely understand a word she says with that accent. I cringe when they go to her unless I have closed captioning on. And sometimes the closed caption guy just gives up and lets her talk without putting anything on the screen, because he can’t understand her either.

Hopefully McLaren can keep the pedal down.  Maxine will bounce back, but they had him on the ropes and he unraveled.  At least he took ownership.

She is just too quiet for me. I have to crank it up if I want to hear what she has to say.
