The Area 51 shit from the 06 washougal national RV's rookie year
Cleaned out the “glove box” the other day. There’s some oldies in there
Also found some Kawasaki “Thunder Sticks “ , Some stuff from tracks that are gone and other assorted goodies
I like the Elsinore sign. Only made it to that track once.
The Shop
Still the only track to hold a national on a crappier track than Pala Man I miss nationals at GH
Those blow up kawi things were weapons as a kid. We had the original lake Elsinore mx park sign that used to be on corydon in the back yard for years before the weather took it over
Noticed this in the magazine rack when I was pooping the other day.
A customer brought me these recently:
Cool jersey--I had one during my 78 Can-Am days.
I come from a different era than most of you, but I just pulled my Ryan Villipoto Volcom shirt out of the closet the other day. My mom got it for me back to school shopping the summer before fifth grade, and it was the shirt I wore on the first day of school that year. Growing up skateboarding Volcom was my favorite clothing brand, and then I saw the Izzi/Durham Volcom helmets years later and I was hooked. Ever since then I always go out of my way to buy Volcom shirts/pants. The only couple pairs of casual shorts I own are all Volcom, so you can say that marketing definitely worked.
Pit Row
Got this from Larry Ward after a killer battle with Damon Bradshaw at Muddy Creek in ‘88. I can’t remember why they were there, but it was awesome to watch. They ended up with a pretty good gap over local Mike Brown in 3rd
Really dig the Hollywood shirt.
From awhile back, I don't remember the exact details, they were going to shut down, but then didn't ? I think was before it was Fox raceway ?
If any of y’all have any retro mediums you’ve grown out of from your younger years and want to get rid of let me know. I love collecting Vintage Moto and Nascar apparel
Signed at Pro Circuit a day or 2 before he froze up and lost to Stanton. I feel sort of responsible because when he signed it with his number 11, I said you should’ve left one of those ones off and left it as a number one…. he said, “I haven’t won it yet.”
