From what I heard it’s passed through 1-2 hands since the Izzi’s have owned it. Apparently the surrounding area is no bueno though, I wouldn’t leave anything of value on the property around there.

Ah, got ya. I was more concerned at first about permitting, watering issues & the surrounding businesses. Now factor in high crime / poss theft of track equipment or vandalism & it makes it an even harder sell for me personally. I was thinking or would like to have developed it into something like Durhamtown with multiple tracks, some trails & camping / RV sites….

You focused on the wrong part of my original post. A person can smoke weed and do coke, and still function at a high level. A person cannot get strung out on opioids and function at even a marginal level...hence my statement "much different toll on the body..."
Hmm, don't think that's accurate. Tons of corporate execs, actors, etc, are strung out on opioids. It's the facts they have $$ that keeps them functioning in society.
