Suzuki as a company, made a public announcement like 2 years ago that they plan to go electric in their motorcycle division, I have pasted the article a few times. It explains their dormant efforts with their bikes 100%. While this headline may be bogus, I still believe that is what they are up to.
source : trust me bro.
Kenny's podium was the tipping point? LoL suuuuure
It says in the very legit article, crossmagazin of course. You wouldn't know them, they went to a different school.
Lol
Yall are chumps if you take this bait
This "announcement" stinks of trolling, but as SonofThor32 mentioned, Suzuki has been planning electric motorcycles for some time now, even if they eventually decide not to pursue them. They've also been conspicuously dormant on the ICE development side. Suzuki also built and has been operating a facility in Silicon Valley for nearly ten years. Let's just say if Suzuki comes forward with electric motorcycles in the near future, I won't be surprised in the least.
A world-class MXGP race team on e-bikes? Well, that would be a little more surprising.
I searched the Cross Magazin's website and couldn't find anything remotely close to what that text post pulled from what looks like Facebook says.
The latest Suzuki news I can find is from last fall when they re-upped their deal with HEP for the 2024 and 2025 seasons.
I always knew Stew would come back on an electric Suzuki.
