I think the argument would be, what's the actual end-game here? If the WH sentiment last June was all is taken care of, are we assuming they've already completely rebuilt their capabilities? Say now we succeed and pull out four weeks from now. We just wait another year after they've rebuilt again and repeat the cycle? Either someone lied last June, or this isn't about nukes.
