My brother and I tore down a 2013 yz250. Its been a while since we worked on a bike but I think we did a pretty good job.
Going to do a complete makeover:
Pro-Action Suspension
Pro Circuit Works Pipe
V-Force 3 reeds
Pro Circuit Clutch Cover
Billet Stator Cover
Pro Wheel wheelset
Re-styled plastic kit
Lots of powdercoated parts (have my own setup)
Anodized Frame/Swingarm
Before tear-down:
Currently sitting:
Decal Works graphics for restyled plastic:

Coming together some more:
We're not into traditional colors...this was the last bike we made look different: Took a red graphics kit, and cut in all of the orange by hand. This was in 07 I think (back before we could get custom kits).
Here is an update. Have to color the subframe yet, but it wouldn't fit in the oven for powdercoat. Need to build the seat yet too.
Okay maybe it's too late now, but that would be sick!
