Ando was on rails but look it Dungey. The guy crashes and still finishes on the podium! He's just way too consistent to beat over a 17 race season imo....

When Anderson passed Seely RD was 10 sec behind. At the finish he was only 6 back.

RD looked the best of the bunch unfortunately. Hard to deny.

He's doing what he always does, gotta hand it to him, after getting taken out, then gets back up there like that.

Hopefully not. And wtf is up with the promoters advertising Dunge's personal life like that. Who cares?!

Pre 2015 Dungey is gone, he's going to be tough to beat. It will be Anderson if it is, Tomac will be tough to beat outdoors but I don't think he'll be ready in time to stop Dungey indoors.

only way Dungey loses this title is a total crash that wrecks the bike or mechanical..........check back with me in May Cool Cool

That was actually my wife's favorite section of the night. Not all who watch supercross are die-hard fans. Things like that give casual fans someone to root for.

It was a very impressive ride from Dungey for sure. Thought Roczen did great to come back to 5th after being so far down too

Exactly. Clips like that is what has gotten my wife watching the races with me. Before she wouldn't give motocross a chance. She loves keeping up with the wives of the racers. Anything that can get more people to watch and buy tickets I'm for.

Sorry dude, the difference has ALOT to do with the new bike. Look at Anderson, he won on it last night ya goof. He was on the old bike last year! RV would have his hands full with Dungey now. Kinda like how RD was all over RV outdoors in '11, then RV switched to the new '12 model halfway thru and that was all she wrote. If you can't see that then you're f#$%ing clueless.

You can't see that he makes passes quicker and is more aggressive ? It used to be he'd follow a guy like Alessi around for 5 laps before making a pass. Nothing against Alessi just using him as an example because he's never been a top SX rider.

Agreed, this was my take away past all the other hype and drama from the night. No surprise, the best RD5 we've seen in the past is going to be a notch higher this season I believe.

You clearly don't watch the races , or actually see what your watching. 2015 dungey was noticeably faster, and more aggressive than years past. Rv fanboys are seriously the worst.

You probably think Villopoto would have won last night if he lined up.

The timing board says that Dungey finished something like 4.235 seconds behind Anderson...and thats with a wreck that took about 7 or 8 seconds to get up and back in the race from.
Pretty determined effort right there.

I agree with OP and the title, last night (or should i say this morning for Euro's lol) was a good indication why Dungey won titles the past years. He was of the radar for me personally the whole night, crashed multiple times and ran in some issues here and there, buth when the whole A1 event was said and done he does end up with a 2nd place.

I am totally aboard the Anderson Hype train though. I love his style. The reports of him killing it at the Baker factory during pre-season must've been very true. I hope he keeps it up like this all season.

I'm giving ET3 some rounds to get back into things, hope he can fight against Dungey for the '16 sx title.
