i had heard about Discount Tire, but Monster is new to me.

good for him and Monster... but also kind of shitty... now all his badass gear/helmet/graphics combo is going to be littered with that god-awful logo

That's fantastic news for team Two Two. Although I definitely agree, the bike is most likely going to look terrible compared to last year's version.

Saw a while back on Instagram that he was collaborating with dirt shark for butt patches for the upcoming season.. I figured that was a hint to the monster thing, but then saw pics and video of him riding and didn't see any logos. Cool that he started his own team, earned factory support from Honda and now has drawn in the biggest sponsor in the industry and an outside sponsor like discount tire. I was never a huge fan of chads before, of course I thought he was a bad ass on the bike..but now I think I would have to say he is my favorite guy out there in the 450 class. With a new kid, new bike, new sponsors and a stacked class.. It should be very interesting to see what the ol' Ozzie veteran has up his sleeves for the young guns this year!

wonder if he has the cash flow to get a 2nd rider now? hansen? I mean its all there, monster energy and PC parts... eh eh? would be so sweet.

A company called Terex is the title sponsor of the series, but Monster Energy are heavily involved as well. They have some triple challenge setup.

Maybe the bike won't be ruined... maybe it,s a personnal sponsor and not a team sponsor.. so the logo would be on him but not the bike. If you check the photo posted from supercrossonline and Monster Cup on Facebook from the press conference you can see a small logo on his jersey... not a huge one like the Monster Kawi guys.
