I thought Fox Sports 1 did a great job. Seemed more professional than the program last year IMO.

Nice. Does this include "Fox & Friends"?

I liked the way Fox sports did the broadcast. It was way more professional than the Speed broadcasts...definitely a step in the right direction, as far as I'm concerned...

I liked the lady at the desk doing a lot of the "filler" stuff WAY better than when Ralph and Emig did it...

Not to shit on this stat or anything, but what other shows were even on the channel over the weekend? I would think a live race should be the top watched program.

I also liked Krista Voda at the desk with a recap. I do think it would be a good idea for her to have a screen to the side(s) showing how riders have advanced towards the main. Something similar to "bracketry" in other sports, especially with the 450 class having semis now. Some visual aids are needed for the casual fan to understand. It would also make good commentary for the announcers between the races pointing out which racers would be favorites to move from the semi to the main. Being a "live show" there is time.

a) I check FS1 ever so often and there's rarely a single thing on besides their version of "SportsCenter". So I figured a 3 hour live event would be their work horse, which is very cool. b) I thought they did a really good job, the production seemed more refined and "in the moment/ at the event" than it was on SPEED. Wish they woulda shown RC and K-Dub's intro tho.. stupid.

Fox Sports 1 shows a ton of Soccer stuff and some other cool Winter Olympics stuff was on as well not too long ago. I enjoyed the Broadcast wish Ralph and Emig could join in just having the single person at the desk seemed odd. but i enjoyed it none the less.

I thought the coverage was pretty good. Just please tell Miss Pit reporter to make sure her mic is on before you throw to her.

NBC Sports has the Barclay's Premiere League contract that they took from Fox Sports Soccer (what FXX is now). I guess Fox still has rights to the UEFA Champions League which they show matches of on FOX1.

There was a 12 hour marathon of "Fishing with Larry Knickerbocker".
I watched an episode of a show called "Prairie Dogs: Friend or Foe?"
And the only other show I came across was something called, "What's Aunt Martha Cooking?"

I thought it was a great show, the production was on par with pro basketball/football/nascar and I think anybody even remotely interested in sports would enjoy watching it.

Great job Fox. Best telecast by far.

Yeah fox sports 1 needs to get rid of the ball and stick on the former motosport only channel.......

The production team is not Fox. Fox is just where it is broadcast. The team actually producing the telecast has not changed....

That's wah-hunnerd more than I thought

NBC Sports used to be OTA HD when the HD channels first came out here in LA. They replayed all of the 08 Summer Olympics the Summer after they happened. Then it became a pay channel

If you would provide us, overseas fans, with a way to watch the races online you would have even more viewers.
Which literally is put a paypal link and sub service on the existing practice broadcast, instant million dollar income stream...
