I look at it this way. Grant and Canard 1st and 2nd, Dungey 3rd. Dungey rides like he's on a sunday stroll and all of a sudden he's 4th, with RV in the lead,still behind Grant and Canard. In 15 minutes Dungey couldn't do what Rv did in minutes, and that is pass someone. Only way Dungey wins is when no one else shows. Barcia will beat him down for 2nd place this year, and I hope he does. Dungey just doesn't like winning. I'm surprised Roger doesn't strangle him in the pits after a race.

I agree with the first half of your post. Dungey needs to get his ass going sooner if he stands a chance of matching RV all the time.

However, your second half is just utter piss-mongering...

seems to me he only rides aggressive when he is pissed. Someone needs to walk out with an infant in hand and punch it in the face right in front of dungey right before the gate drops, then maybe we can see RD challenge RV, until then....

Im a huge Dungey fan, but Im finally done thinking hes going to beat RV straight up week in and week out. Its painful to watch him follow guys FOREVER! I think about Roger pulling what hair he has left out every week.

Dungey has had his championship seasons while RV had bad luck so RD is having some. What can Dungey do though? Freak thing. That's the way it goes.

Good idea!!! I like the guy, but damn the only time he gets on the pipe is when he's pissed or had a bad first moto. Next year at ATl SX I'm gonna bring the sacrificial lamb and test your theoryEvil

I was just curious, how long did Dungey try restarting his bike the first moto before running to the pits? In the second moto they said he lost a minute with the crash: 20-seconds of that was spent under the machine. So, the other 30-40 seconds had to have been trying to restart the machine. DeCoster said it fired back up once it was at the KTM tent, right?

What a heart breaker for the guy.

It was actually also at RedBud! in the 250 class on a SUZ, remember he came into a banked sorta sweeper deal just out of no where BAM! he instantly went OTD, one of the strangest bails i have seen Woohoo
