It would be nice if his team manager....Paul932?, who posts here...would come on and give the Vital faithful an update on his team.

Be nice to see Nico back on track and getting top fives.

Nice to see him come back but he'll probably float around a 10th place average

Not sure how you get those numbers. I know local guys who get them spots. He should be around 10-5

Nico is a badass on the bike. Just hoping the drive is there, and he stays straight on the right path.

Sorry Zycki11, but I'm closer to wreckitrandy. Here's 14 guys riding west that I expect to beat Izzi so I don't think he'll be 5-10.

Justin Hill
Tyler Bowers
Malcolm Stewart
Cooper Webb
Jessie Nelson
Josh Hansen
Matt Bisceglia
RJ Hampshire
Zach Osborne
Zach Bell
Darryn Durham
Shane McElrath
Chris Alldridge

With that said though, I hope I'm wrong. Everyone loves a comeback story.

Isn't he riding lites? No way he finishes outside top10 on a regular basis.

The last 4 first need to prove themself in SX.( Hampshire also). Nico already did. In my eyes Nelson and Bisceglia are not that good in SX, Nico can handle them.

But it all comes down to, How fit en healty is izzi, does he have a good bike under him?(some story for Josh Hansen) If he got the puzzle togheter he will be top 5. He got the speed for it and did it before.

Remember a few years ago(2012?). We he came out so strong in the outdoors on a 450 yamaha, when the most people had written him off. He putted himself in that spotlight again after a few rough years

It would be a great comeback story for the sport and the most for himself if he can putt himself in that spotlight again! Im CHEERING for the 341!! Go get them Nico!!

If he's clean, eating and training right. No reason he can't be top 10 or better right from the get.

Man......some of you guys are giving him no respect here. If Izzi comes in healthy in the Lites class.....I can see him bouncing around inside 5th - 10th quite often. It wouldn't surprise me to see him land on the box once or twice either. I hope he does well! I wasn't a big fan of his a few years ago , but the last few seasons it looked like he was training hard and taking it more seriously......made me a fan.

Because imoto34 is core dude ! with a screen name like" imoto" he has got to be on the inside, I bet the only thing holding him back from racing A1 is he cant get his mom to drive him.Pinch I bet they have fox stickers on the minivan.

Only thing he needs to do is stay on top of his bike. Not as easy as it's sounds for some.

IMO Izzi will be in front of at least 4 of those guys and on par with one or two more. I'd expect him to be a pretty consistent 7-11 and possibly squeeze out a few better that that. hoping good things for him really, be nice to see the kid turn it around.

disclaimer: I know he's not a kid but that's still how I see him. most people in their early to mid 20's are still kids to me, I'm assuming he is, no idea of his age.

Being a native Michigander myself, I'm really hopin' to see some top 5 rides from Mr. Izzy. He seems like a nice kid who lived a very strict "moto" life, and decided to rebel at the worst time possible. I'm sure many of us here coulda made those type of mistakes if we had a factory ride, a truckload of cash, and a childhood that probably had very little time to just be a kid and hang out with your peers. Redemption is hard to achieve, especially in MX/SX, where the one constant is change and there's alwsys 100 young, fast kids lookin to make a name for themselves. Would love to see him grab a few podiums and shock the doubters. GO NICO!!!!!
