Again, this has been beat to death, but the facts that I understand are, he had a prescription but no TUE. A TUE would have been granted had he applied for it but it wasn't. And it sounds like there is a TUE now. The paper trail doesn't seem to be in question even though I'll admit that I wouldn't be surprised if the paper trail has been forged. But it doesn't seem to be able to be proven otherwise. I'm not arguing that adderall is or is not performance enhancing, but it's not on the list of banned substances. It's just a controlled substance. So my logic with a fine is that, he didn't seem to maliciously try to take something for a competitive advantage as far as the paper trail is concerned, so a fine for not filing the paperwork seems like it would fit the bill.
And I agree Peelout, that a fine doesn't impact a millionaire, but it wouldn't be the first time a fine was handed down to a millionaire for similar infractions. And it's not like James is a habitual offender.
Lastly, my argument isn't only for Stewart, it would be for any other rider regardless of status.
I'll exit this conversation now because I've already gotten long winded.
Impersonated a police officer
Got caught with a banned substance.
Hired a nurse who says she gives him IVs at the track( Asterisk Medical Center will give you one for free after the race)
Blamed crash on track crossing.
Yet people will ignore all his shady antics... and go ballistic over a laser pointer.... I think it might be racism.
The Shop
DeCal Works Huge Plastic Inventory of UFO and Polisport kits.
Luxon 4-Post Bar Mounts

even better is the fact that the gold chain is screen printed on the shirt and the gold in his ears are ear-plugs.
My guess is no Stew at A1....
I hope I am wrong, because it will be a LOT less interesting with no Stew...
I think most of you fags around here just like a good soap opera, and throw in the motorcycles so you can pretend your not all fuckin sissy lala's.
If James not racing makes you less interested in this sport then GET THE FUCK OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!....because you aren't really a fan, your a fuckin homo with a man crush.
To answer your question directly, I would not be speeding if I knew the penalty was so steep. But I also expect the rules to be reasonable.
Anyways, my opinion is posted and it's just that, an opinion.
i'm of the same opinion, i don't think he was blatantly cheating, but he broke the rules regardless of intent.
this horse isn't very much fun to beat though... i'm off it hah
SERIOUSLY THOUGH!!!
Wreck - Out.
Pit Row
Why are these fools putting their riders in this situation to begin with?
On one hand they want the star of the show JS7 to be there racing.
On the other hand they need to do whatever it takes to make this a legitimate racing series with objective rules and not give in to protests from RC4 or advertising from Monster etc etc.
If they were to drop Wada and let James race, it would unfortunately show what a sideshow SX is, and prove money rules over objective racing rules.
Not sure why you guys are still arguing about this shit. Stewart fans want him to race and non Stewart fans don't. Somewhere in the middle you may find a few sane people who stray either way, but aren't still arguing about it on vital.
