KX 2003-08 plastics style: Original, TX RACE Restyle Kit or Polisport Restyle Kit. Which one do you like best? :-):-)

I'm going with Polisport for 1 reason alone.
They spent the time and effort to showcase their product on a nice bike and not a clapped out one.

A poll would've been nice for this thread (with a third option for the "the original is timeless" crowd, of course)

Out of these two, I like the lower profile seat on the TX kit. The Polisport kit looks a little funny, IMO.

Good idea, I've updated it with the third option you indicate :-)

While the Polisport kits always look a little off, I like it was better than the TX lot and it’s over $100 cheaper.

I will give Polisport some credit, this Kawi kit is much better looking than the Honda kit. I wish I would have known about the Polisport kit sooner!

The Polisport photo has been retouched with photoshop to make it more beautiful. The swingarm and the exhaust don't belong to that bike...

Still, honestly, the original KX line seems to me more modern than the Polisport... The TX straight seat makes a big difference.

Or we can perform plastic surgery to the shrouds.

Polisport gets my vote...easy to install, price is fair, and it's a nice looking update.

To me it all depends on how much you want to recover the value of the spirit.

I went with the TX kit, seems decent so far have it kinda mocked up on the bike, only issue so far is the instructions for the brackets install could use some more info and yes its more money but you get a complete seat and stock rad shroud graphics. Also they use stock 2019/2020 kx250f plastics and just mod them so if you crash and wreck one its easy replacement, you don't have to order a polisport specific piece, you can order oem or any brand for that year. Cheers

The polisport kit burns my eyes. Ick. The original look and tx kit are both so much better

I like the OEM with the updated front plate and fender. Then it's a toss - agreed that replacement OE 250'f' plastics will be easier to come by then singular Polisport plastic. I think the nostalgia effect should showcase that premix era more. Stop updating the complete look front end makes it trick, but keeps it classy IMO.
