You might be right, haven't seen it. But I know during the SX season he was wearing Mobius, and at some point he switched to POD K8's it looks like, not sure when he made the switch.

There’s nothing wrong with my knees but you won’t catch me without a set ever. Been wearing them since Thor made a set for kids back in the early 00’s.

I’m the same in one knee, tried riding with out a brace the other week second corner knee let go now been limping since, I was surprised at how much they actually help

“Pretty much” “basically” yea if you want to generalize massively you could be an idiot and think he is saying not to wear protective gear. He’s not saying not to wear protective gear, he just doesn’t believe in braces.

Of course we should wear helmets and boots while riding. Head ankle, feet and leg injuries would sky rocket if we didnt. He has said as much himself. Not the case with knee braces and neck braces.

Sometimes you can learn something if you actually listen and don’t just think of your rebuttal the whole time someone else is talking.

I tore mine in a way braces wouldn't have prevented back in 09 and just kept riding till last November when I had it repaired. Started riding again in April with braces in the case of a dab, I can honestly say I hate braces, and cannot wait till a year has lapsed so I can throw them in the closet. CTI.

Wearing neck braces is unnatural. We’ve gotta be more in tune with our bodies. Chest protectors are unnatural too, can’t wear those. Boots? Cavemen didn’t wear boots. Or helmets for that matter. And forget about those bullshit clothes, gotta freeball it. In fact, dirt bikes are a devil designed by the industrialized society. We need to be running races barefoot, naked through the woods. This is the only path to motocross nirvana.

Up past the patella to mid thigh protection is something I'm not willing to give up. Being taller, bars hitting me on the top of the leg in turns is a real thing.

I have gouges in the top of my mobius braces. Btw, mobius rules. Sent my braces to them for inspection, they sent them back rebuilt and updated free of charge. Good people!

I get that a better position means you might be less likely to crash...but we’re talking dirtbikes here bro. Even Ryno broke his femur like two years ago. I don’t care if you have perfect technique, crashes will happen. Period.
