How does everyone feel about figure skating bumping supercross?

Kinda shows how serious NBC takes supercross.

NBCSN is the station for those less common sports. Supercross, Skiing, Figure Skating, etc. Right now it’s the US Nationals for Figure Skating. That’s like their MXoN. Makes sense to bump 1/17 rounds to the next day in order to cover those live. It’s irrelevant to me personally as I’m always on NBC Sports Gold. But I can see their logic behind that decision. Round 4/17 in SX or the US Nationals of X sport, from a business perspective, the US Nationals is always gonna get the nod.

I have watched the Olympics in the past and am able to remember some names. I also remember Franz Klammer. I am very old and very straight. Nice try though.

No where did it say no gold pass. I have the pass. It's one of the better night of racing with it being a triple crown and the first one this year. They should of had it on the TV. Its the best race for people who dont watch alot of supercross cause its all mains and names the recognize.

I said equivalent as in the importance of the event to each respective sport. Not as in the media coverage it receives.

Right. As NBCSN it makes sense to bump a single race in a series of races in favor of the National Tournament that happens once per year in a different sport. If they carried the MXoN and had the rights to it, which they don’t, I’d bet they’d do the same and bump a regular figure skating event in favor of it.

I literally just told you the problem I had. Here’s a screenshot of my friend having problems with it. I sent him a screen shot of Deegan having problems with it. Sooo.. If people are actually having problems it’s not really false accusations now is it smart ass

I usually don't have a problem...but last night this was a huge problem! I had to refresh it at least 15 times through the night. Was beyond annoying!

Thankfully I only had problems during the race day live part. Still annoying the race gets bumped and we are left with the app and the app is terrible for some people. The riders work way to hard and risk a lot to get a half ass app feed and an article on RacerX posted to IG. Here’s to hoping the delayed broadcast doesn’t get bumped for the people trying to stay off social media
