Hey guys,
Looking for a contact for someone at chapperal. Ordered a helmet for my birthday placed it the 16th 2nd day air and haven't heard a word about it since.
It was a shoei so it was pretty expensive and to 2nd day it was another 162.
I keep calling their customer service but i keep getting disconnected

Really bummed at the lack of customer clarity/support they provided but still the coolest shop ive ever been to when in in California. A refund on the shipping would of been cool but beggars cant be choosers.
I recently ordered a Troy Lee helmet froM AOMC and although it showed in stock it took them almost 2 weeks to get it from them and ship to me. It was best price on a hard to find color.
I'm not super pumped on that but alas it's par for the course these days.
I broke a KTM part at Glen Helen and their on line said "IN STOCK"
got to the shop on the way home from the track, and found out they didn't even stock the part.

if im in a hurry, i always call to see whats up/where its coming from...
Bad price, bad service, most employees are clueless....
And Management is clueless too, Management's service is poor and this is prob the reason sales reps service is poor.....sh_tty service flows down stream.
Not stepping 1 foot in Chap again.

In the end they took care of me, but I miss the days when I would receive my order in 2 days pretty consistently.

Tell him Max Bertolero referred you. He has been insanely helpful and, even during Covid, always given me accurate delivery dates.
