personally, I hate it. Seems almost a carbon copy of last week's trash track. One lined, no options, tons of 90s, and the whoops of late have been a complete non-issue. As in, the guys jump twice and are all the way through them.

Anyway, 54s laps is my prediction and I think we're all bitching about the track (again) on Sunday morning.

are you being serious about the 90 degree turns?

that being said...I'm glad to see minimal 90 degree turns. I like it.

It looks decent. I hope the long whoop section will actually be long when they build it.

I think i'll have a better understanding when i test the MX sim version. The MX sim versions have so far reflected the real tracks in a good way.

There are only (2) out of the (9) turns are 90s. The turn after the finish line will have some block passing if anyone decides to double and go wide to the berm if the rider behind singles and hugs the inside line. It will be interesting to see if it is hard and dry like it has been the last few years.

I see 6 180's and 2 90's. I wouldn't exactly consider than "tons of 90's".

Hahaha I think you need to go back to school and learn the difference between 90 degrees and 180 degrees.

Track looks like it could provide some good racing. I'm not a fan of the straight sand sections, but other than that I like it. Decent start straight, tons of 180s, a long whoop section, off-camber corner, multiple rhythm lanes. I can't find anything to truly bitch about on this layout

So you think the 180's make for bad racing? And you also think it looks like last weeks track? I'm starting to wonder if we are looking at the same track map

no last weeks had mostly 90degree turns, this track has a lot of 180s and the start turn is tighter turning into 1 lane instead of crossing two

Why don't they carry the sand into the corners? What good does a sand straight away do, cause a couple of small whoops (cause the sand isn't deep enough to get "big" whoops)?

That's basically one 180, so they're all 180s

The 80's/90's SX tracks showcased half the airtime and twice the racing. This ATL track is just another track. There will be some drama, some crashes, and maybe just maybe if we are really really lucky, some dicing and battling back and forth.

I think the track will start to go away, somebody will get a huckabuck and somebody might try a quad. Anyone wanna bet on those words being spoken?

And by carbon copy you mean totally different right?

I called it last week. I said there were only 2 or 3 real passing spots, before and after the whoops, and in the rhythm section if it wasn't something everyone did the same. That's exactly what happened.

This week's track looks much better. The long rhythm lane will be hurt by the slight kink in the middle but still ends in a nice 180 (though it won't be a bowl turn). Then a whoop section long enough to pass on, and at least 4 or 5 other good spots to pass on.

I like it. Should be better dirt too.

Hopefully the long rhythm lanes makes for some different jump combos and good racing. I'm hopeful.

Track definitely looks better than last week's. I'm curious how steep they will build the wall jump before the sand section.

Always provides for some cool riding when they can send it into a sand section.

How many more people quote this to put him on blast without checking to see that 10 people have already said the same thing? Another 10? 20?

If the rhythm after turn 2 ends up using that combination of bigs and littles, there are multiple combos that could see a quad. Maybe double to the downside of the first big, triple to miss the second big, and quad to the corner, or triple in and quad big 2 to big 3 and double into the corner.

Until we see it in dirt though, who knows.
