Being he is a bit behind in the points chase, we should see the fully on point Tomac. He seems to do his best riding in these types of situations. I guess we will just have to wait to see though.

Keto Definitely works , i Did straight
Ribyes for a week and nothing else ,
And Drank coffee in the morning and other than that just water.
And ive never felt better
Plus lost 10 pounds .
And ive never felt better mentally and physically
And i still went away from it just because bad foods are so much more convenient.
But im definitely gonna do it again and try to stay with meat and a Keto Diet.
If you want to see a hood documentary about food there is a Good one on Netflix called the Magic pill.

My dad and little bro both lost almost 50 pounds! w/o excersizing, simply a change of diet. I was such a junk food junky man, TONS of candy, pasta and breads etc etc. I cut ALL of it out, since Jan 1 the only candy i have had is 1 M&M lol

He rode a lot at my buddies house. He embarrassed guys on big bikes often while still on 65's. I got lots of stories about things his dad would do to get him bikes and to the races. Hid him in our motor home bathroom more than once to get him in. ?? Hope he does well tonight.

First time ever where I'm having an issue with the stream not starting. Logged out, logged back in several times and also cleared cache/cookies. Sounds like it's working of for everyone else though...hmm
