Still 3 Anaheim's and then move the San Diego race downtown to Petco. The only reason I even go to San Diego is to tailgate and that is gone. Thank God for live TV.

I hate how they go from Nor Cal to Jersey. Cole Seely moves up to the 450 class and they ditch Toronto! I call a conspiracy!

To just turn around and come all the way back to Vegas. A LOT of traveling.

The middle of the series seems pretty decent though as far as travel goes.

Because it sells out and the riders love it.

Glad there is a round in NY/NJ now but 6 in CA is still way too many. Don't understand how Dallas is east and Houston is west. Also not a fan and I'm sure teams would agree, driving from TX to CA to NJ to NV..crazy

Didn't Seattle pretty much sell out every single year?....And we lost it. We have some of the best riding on the planet up here in the NW.....and we have the Washougal national......that's it. What does Cali have now?.....6 rounds?

Atlanta deserves 2 rounds, but I don't understand the logic in putting them on back-to-back weekends.

The industry revolves around California.

Sponsorship dollars make the SX world go round.

I am so pissed off right now. 6 f'n rounds in Cali and NW gets it's race taken away. The rumors of parking being the reason are false. Unbelievable.

That way they just leave the dirt and goodies in the stadium... It saves them tons of money. Same with the 3 Anaheims...

Why would you tailgate at Petco when there are all of the awesome bars and restaurants in the Gaslamp?

Not to mention all of the huge grass lawns near seaport village.

About Damn time, I am so sick of the crumbling Q and trying to get out at the end of the night.

The Seattle race WILL be back. Renovations on the Clink are taking place, but the race will return in a year or two. What I can't believe is that they're keeping the Oakland race while adding the Santa Clara (49ers stadium) race as well.

Two in San Francisco , two in Atlanta three in Anaheim , one more an hour from Anaheim and no Seattle. That makes sense.
Good seeing you last night Jeff.

Only 13 weeks consecutive before they get a weekend off. How nice of the promoters.

With Toronto gone is it still an FIM world championship?

driving from TX to CA to NJ to NV..crazy Absolutely crazy. I know there are a multitude of factors that go into both SX and MX schedules so there is a lot at play here. Nonetheless I hope zig zagging like this will someday become a thing of the past or only happen once a season.

Also before anyone blasts Feld over this they are as motivated as anyone to keep the miles down since they have rigs on the road too.

EDIT Brent-It was 15 straight weeks this year so 13 is an improvement. It isn't the promoters but Easter that fluctuates which determines the off weekend.

Glad they're finally giving ATL two rounds, but damn, back-to-back is going to be a tough sell. I think what you're going to have is two races with 30-35K attendance instead of one with 65K.

The SX of Cali brought to you by Feld. Sx has always been a bit of a joke. Personally , Im glad to see Feld embrace that with this schedule.

The Seattle parking issue I have heard is that the city has sold off the pit parking lot to build condo's
which leaves no parking for the semi's
spectator parking would not be an issue
