Not sure with the YZ but for my 2003 RM 125 the Boyesen dyno tests were better than v-force. I also bought a used 2001 RM 125 and the v-force was warped to hell so personally I would go Boyesen over v-force because it's aluminum and tuned specifically for that year and model. I think there is a video on here where Ping tests all the various Boyesen reed products on s YZ 250 and compare what they felt on the track.

Haven't posted in a while as one of the parts in my Rocky Mountain order was on backorder for a few months which held up shipment but it finally came today. It's for my other 96 CR but the part delaying the rest of the package was an OEM cylinder

Nice job on the pegs.... the foot pegs, pins & springs are always a challenge on the older RM”s. I have many hrs into trying to reconfigure the pegs on these bikes, I always to to get larger diameter pins & drill out the stock holes, then that leads to finding springs that will work. The early Suzuki foot pegs were torturous

Ive been ordering parts and have nearly everything I need. Before stripping it down, I wanted a footpeg solution. In an effort to save money i found some old footpegs laying around the garage that had extensions on them. I zipped the extensions off and welded em to the stock RM pegs. Now there is an actual platform...and it was free.

Over the weekend I found a 1997 CR 125 for pretty cheap. I went to look at it and the guys tells me the clutch is messed up, well I wish that was the case..... After getting the bike home I went ahead and tore the bike apart. The c clip has came out of the wrist pin, and I'm pretty sure there is a bearing out of the transmission. The motor was locked up until I loosened the nut that holds the clutch basket in. It now spins freely but is really noisey. Good thing parts are cheap for...

Wow... Great job brother. Looks fantastic. EVO-MX for the graphics if you haven’t purchased any. Outstanding quality. I just saw here in Ca a 91 300 for $1500.00. Just sad how poorly these early KTMs hold their value. Great effort on your part. Plenty to feel good about.

My graphics weren’t well received on the moto forum, but here they are. Just ordered the cylinder works 269cc kit last night. I’ll have all the parts soon except for the internal bearings.
