His set up at Unadilla looked low in the rear. He would enter turns like a bat out of hell, then mid corner he was painfully slow, and the bike was standing up vertical. Then on exit, its all traction loss because he's hammering to make up for his slow mid corner roll through. I always thought geometry flip chips would be great on a race bike like you see on mountain bikes. Two different upper shock mount positions, to change leverage progression or rear end ride height. A couple different slots for the swingarm pivot to fit through so you can have a high pivot for lots of rough chop (outdoors) or a normal/lower pivot for tighter racing with less chop (sx). 8/5/2026 11:56pm On the topic of slipper clutches; I ran a recluse auto clutch on my Yamaha 450fx to help specifically with off-throttle front end dive and it totally helped transform the way that bike worked. If the Honda clutch works to combat that in its own way it'll be a big asset on a 450

He just rides very over the front and it forces him to chase a setup that can’t be obtained. He needs to spend some serious time changing his technique and position on the bike

Not going to be the fastest dude at the track on this scooter but that's alright haha

Alright you lightweights, 68 years old, 266 lbs. I just went to Glen Helen yesterday. I rode about 30 minutes total and was spent. I graduated from my fire academy in 1981 at 190 lbs, about 6'1.
